To all:

Si kenzu, i believe na marami ng naitulong o nai-contribute sa mga philmusic members.
Na-encourage sya magcustomizde ng PSU because he found out and realized na mataas ang prices ng mga PSU dito sa philmusic kaya gumawa sya ng PSU na very affordable, not just to earn money, but to help our fellow philmusicians save money. Nagrelease sya ng 10 units at P500 each lang, para lang makahingi ng feedback and comments.
Nakuha agad in 1day ang 10 units, and fortunately, magaganda ang feedback. Some of them, gamit pa din ang kenzu PSU upto this time.

After nung mareceive ni kenzu ang magandang feedback, na-encourage sya gumawa ng mga PSU ng P850 lng per unit, and still, positive feedback were posted in my thread. Kahit tumataas ang material cost, still remain pa din sa low prices ang kenzu PSU. Dumami ng dumami ang mga positive comments sa thread nya til umabot na sa 50 above ang pages. Dahil hindi naman goal ni kenzu na magpa-pogi lang, magpaganda ng image lang, hindi na sya gumwa ng thread dito sa ibang forum regarding sa mga positive na nagawa nya. Until dumating yung mataas pa din ang material costs, hindi pa din nagtataas masyado ng prices para maging affordable pa din, such as, PSU with FREE cables na, na ang binayaran lang sa unit is ang PSU lng, though there is an option for the consumers kung gusto nya kumuha ng heavy duty DC cables pero syempre, my additional charges, and still, 6 months warranty pa.

Until dumating ang time na pinadi=delete lahat ni moderator Toybitz yung mga pages sa thread nya, due to sa system failure daw, para bumilis daw ang system, etc. Until dumating sa point na magugulat na lang sya pag-online nya, bawas na pages sa thread nya. If i may recall, from 77 pages, bumaba sa 50s, then 45, then umabot sa 30s, until 20s, hanggang sa umabot 17pages nlng, then 11pages nlng, without notice na i-deddelete nya mga pages. UNTIL UMABOT sa hindi na sya makapag-bump. Magba-bump sya, mapo-post naman sa thread, but still hindi na tumataas sa 1st page.
So wala na sya magawa but to ask permission to delete that old thread and post a new one..

My point is, dapat sana, inilipat na lang ni moderator Toybitz yung mga positive comments or feedback sa isang forum such as here in guitar central, at hindi yung basta basta na lang idinelete mga pages ng old adds nya. Or nilock na lang sana nya to new comments. And now, nung my nagpost na TS na kunyare  seller sya ng 2nd psu made by kenzu, na sarcastic ang post,( http://talk.philmusic.com/index.php?topic=310452.0) ginawa ni moderator Incx, inilipat sa guitar central and pinreserve for future na makakabasa daw?! How about yung mga positive na mga nagawa ni kenzu before?. I dont know if this is fair.

Dapat sana balance, nanjan ang mga positive, and my negative, of thousands na nagawa nya, ilan lang mga yan sa mga nagka-issue, na ang totoo, naresolve na naman ang majority, at ang iba pa sana kung ini-address lang lahat kay kenzu. Hindi yung kapag may problem ang unit, pababayaan na lang, for whatever reasons, but the obligations and liabilities, still anjan pa din. As a consumer, kung defective ang unit, hindi ka naman pupuntahan ng seller sa inyo para gawin o palitan ang unit mo, obligation mo din mag-effort, and sa seller, liabilities nya na palitan o irepair ang unit.

Aminin natin ang totoo, pag satisfied ang consumer, wala ng time magpost ng magagandang feedback, and ang mga my negative naman, sila ang may maraming time magpost.

Who this kenzu?  I use Pedal Power and I don't see the product get even a full page here on philmusic. 

So, be thankful, and suwerte napagbigyan ng more than ten pages ang inferior product.

That being said, great value for money siguro.  But, really the moderators whether we like it or not ARE THE LAW.

Kaya huwag na lang mapikon kasi libre naman itong forum sa atin.

PS: In a previous thread containing Perf and DiMarzio, I was told to back off by the moderator.  I did without complaints and stopped posting.  So... Man Up Kenzu.  There's more to life than PSUs.

Not entirely true. If people get stellar service and/or a spectacular product, they will by all means make the effort post positive comments. Not posting only means the product/service did not excite them to post something. Remember that positive comments are not limited to forum posts.

hindi nagmumukhang kawawa si kenzu eh. nagmumukha siyang butthurt na isip bata na feeling inapi ng mods eh nageenforce lang naman ng rules ang mods.

Ika nga, matuto kang sumamba. Kung mabadtrip sau mga mods at burahin lahat ng ads mo and worst case senario pati account mo, may mgagawa ka? Cnu nawalan? May benefit ba mga mods sa mga ads/sales mo?

Sana nag PM ka na lang sa kanila (MODS) sir. I think your post here is like a post wanting to earn sympathy from all the "Satisfied Customers". Saka wag naman na ang dating ng post mo ay malaking utang na loob ng customers yung paggawa mo ng PSU, kasi kahit pagbali baligtarin, "binayaran nila sa iyo yung PSU, at hindi mo ibinigay sa kanila". Tsaka hindi magandang sabihin na mababa ang presyo mo dahil gusto mong makatulong. Mababa yung price mo kasi proportional yan sa material cost at labor cost ng product mo.

Whats your problem dude? Kung ganyan ang way na gawin ko? Gumamit ako as 3rd person magmumukhang bata na agad na feeling inaapi na agad?. Affected ka brad?

Ang layo ng pinanggalingan ng customer tapos ppunta ka MRT taft,
tapos ppunta ka nanaman ng MRT Taft para paltan/ irepair ung item which is hassle kc additional pagod at pamasahe un pero wla ka naman mgagawa kasi kelangan mo ung item.

This is my real story, alam mo namang sa boss stompboxes ko gagamitin ung PSU kasi tanong ako ng tanong,
bkit maling adapter ung binigay mo saken, tapos nung ang lakas ng hum pinabalik mo nanaman ako ng MRT Taft after a week.
Saka sinasabi mong "Brand new/bagong gawa" ung item pero puro alikabok, pati anung gagawin mo dun sa unang item na binigay mo saken?
ibebenta din sa iba as "Brand new/bagong gawa". I wonder, hindi kaya ung binibigay mo sken na PSU eh nanggaling na din s iba at binalik din?

Hindi na kelangan ng 6 months warranty, kahit 1 week warranty lang ibabalik na agad sau ng customer ung item mo!

After ng hassle na transaction hindi naman ako nag bigay ng negative feedback (year 2012).

Kahit branded na celfone, or even Iphone, my issues.. sa dami ng niri-release. kahit mga car dealers, my issues.. Not everything nor everybody is perfect.
Thats why meron warranty.

Madali lang naman magsabi ng kahit ano, ang tanong, bakit di mo sinabi o direkta tinanong mo ako nung time na yun kung nagdududa ka? Anung maling adaptor? Pakilinaw ang story at hindi puro negative lang ang sinsabi mo.
My point is, bakit hindi mo ko sinabihan na, *luma yata o 2nd hand na yata to sir?*
My place na ko ngayon sa buendia kaya malapit na lahat. Hindi ako humihingi ng positive  feedback, ang sa aken lang, gusto ko malaman after ma-test ang unit but doesnt mean na humihingi agad ng positive feedback.
regarding sa hum, alam mo din ba ang pinagkaiba ng PSA boss at ACA boss? Do some research.
