Found this:
"Guitar drivers typically have a high Fs (resonate frequency) and low mass cones to produce high SPLs but with poor low bass response."

Here:
http://www.audiokarma.org/forums/showthread.php?t=415849

I haven't tried and I don't know for sure, but while the EQ might help in cutting some low frequency (or adding highs), the high mass of the hi-fi speaker cone may have an effect of smoothened highs.

A-B na kasi.

haha ikaw may studio eh

Where did you buy them and how much? Am considering the Crown PA-1230 but it's great to know that there are alternatives.

ok lang yan kahit bili lang sa raon yung speakers. basta I-full volume mo lang amp mo para ikaw lang marinig. try mo sir.

forget about raon speakers. ended up selling my cab with them and settled on an orange 1x12 with vintage 30s...the "correct" speakers my amp was designed on

Got a JH 105 and a PA1250. Ok lang, cost me less than 3k for both. Nothing spectacular but it can get you through a gig in case your stock speaker blows up.
