SLEEP PARALYSIS???

Nung mga huling araw magigising ako o parang half awake state at di ako makagalaw at hirap huminga, pagminsan feeling ko may katabi ako, mayamaya magigising n lang ako ng todo, bangungungot b yun o sleep paralysis b yun, medyo nakakatakot ung pakiramdam

Minsan yung katawan ko di rin makagalaw. Conscious naman ako sa nangyayari pero di ko macontrol mga muscles ko at hirap din huminga.

Hirap explain.
May mga time din naman na parang nahuhulog ako kaya tendency nagugulat ako habang tulog.

Technically, your body IS paralyzed when you sleep, to prevent you from acting your dream out.  You might think you're awake, but you might only be experiencing a bad case of lucid dreaming wherein you realize you are dreaming, but feel trapped because your body is actually paralyzed and don't know what to do.  I've experienced multi-level dreams where I repetitively woke myself up, only to realize I'm still dreaming (or having a nightmare, as the case may be.  Mine consistent and recurring "nightmare" is one where I wake up, stuck on my bed, while being robbed by people I seem to know).

There's no easy way to do it, or explain how it's done, but, you have to learn how to control the dream when you realize you are in a dream.

Nakaka experience din ako ng ganto paminsan, pero hindi madalas. Napansin ko lang, kapag nakadapa ako. ayun, nanjan yung di na ko makahinga, naka dilat ako pero hindi dilat na dilat, tapos gising ako pero di ako makagalaw.

Guys. try to google "the old hag" typing this gives me creeps. It happened to me. Can't elaborate kasi magisa lang ako dito sa office.

Maliwanag na yehey! Anyway, this Old Hag thing happened to me twice. Once when I was fast sleep and one time nung gising na gising ako watching TV. It happened on the same bed. My Mom once slept on my bed when I was out and she never slept there again. She saw the same mist I saw that woke me up. I had to move to a different apartment because of that. Some explain it as sleep paralysis but I saw it first hand and it happened to me kaya I can say that there could be something paranormal about it. Kita ko talaga nakapatong saken na usok. Di ako makagalaw. Horror.

ahh iba ako bro...ths may sound funny but i shake my lower jaw....parang nilalamig ako....i dont know why but it works!

This isn't fatal, bro. Sleep paralysis is basically your mind's awake but your body's still asleep.

It happened to me once, and it scared the hell out of me. At that time, I didn't know this thing could actually happen so I was really shocked.

Afterwards, I felt cool coz I knew this weird thing doesn't happen everyday.

Afterwards, I felt cool coz I knew this weird thing doesn't happen everyday. 

I think it might because I can't breath also.
