opo sir. no rice, more fruits & veggies= faster metabolism...4-6 time ako poop/day
bread and ulam lang eat ko...nabubusog naman po ako parang normal din naman

4 to 6 times a day? di ka nadedehydrate?

when you say more fruits and veggies, that means you don't eat meat? so your bread goes with cooked veggies?

sample menu for the day naman dyan! ehehehe!

wala namang kakaiba sa pagkain ko kanina adobo at skyflakes, tanggal lang ang taba pero I usually eat as other people do.....wala akong restrictions sa sarili ko or what so ever, kapag nagugutom ako eat lang ako

sample:
breakfast ko, coffee minsan nesvita, minsan may bread depende sa gutom ko

lunch ko, any ulam (tinola, adobo, kaldereta, menudo, nilaga, sinigang) any viand will do , mas maganda nga lang kung may gulay then 1 skyflakes, any biscuit na wala masyadong lasa, wag yung may palaman.same as with my dinner
minsan pancit canton lang or pasta tapos juice or fruit shakes
       
yun lang mahilig ako sa yakult, yakult a day keeps the doctors away tsaka nesvita kapag nagugutom ako pag merienda. binawasan ko lang ang ice cream ko at soda pero kumakain pa rin ako paminsan minsan, softdrinks, minsan na rin lang pati egg iniwasan ko na rin, lakas magpataba ng yolk. di pedeng matapos ang week na wala akong gulay intake, talong, okra, ampalaya, mixed veggies or kalabasa minsan pakiramdam ko nanghihina ako kpag di ako nakakain ng gulay .... wala namang masyadong kakaiba diba?

i see..thanks for the info..

so yung yakult ang reason kung bakit ka nagpopoop for 4-6 times a day?

ako naman once a day lang kumain ng rice..kase i eat that around 3AM kase lunch break dito sa work..tapos paguwi ko  mga 7AM pandesal naman with butter or choco-peanut spread then matutulog na ako tapos paggising ko sa gabi around 8:30PM pasok na ako sa office tapos hot chocolate nalang..i also load up on apples and oranges pag nagke-crave ako..

pag may school naman puyat ako kaya di ako makakain ng maayos so sandwich lang ganun..pero minsan nakaw ng burger at fries hehehe!  :-D

youre working then studying din? wow! di ka naman siguro tataba ng masdyado, as i see medyo di nman tayo nagkakalayo ng diet pero i had 34-35 waist line before i stop taking rice now, 28 nlang pagbusog, pagutom, 27 hahaha. take yakult and nesvita and also jello pag nagugutom, pan-lamang tyan, tawid-gutom...sulit naman....di naman nakakanghina

hmm. oatmeals lang for breakfast and dinner. tas lunch light meal lang. e2 ung gnwa nung kakilala ko e. effective. pero dont forget to take your vitamins para hindi ka parin magkulang sa nutrition.
