Tinnitus

 I was in 6 Underground last night watching a gig for the benefit of Nyctinasty, then I noticed when I got home that I hear this eerie sound in my ear. I ignored it because its normal for me to experience this after watching gigs, giggings and practicing but after 2 hours, I panicked because it didn't stopped.

Is this normal? My brother told me that he experienced this which lasted for about 1 week, I searched the internet and some articles said that it may be permanent.  And I don't want that to happen FTLOG. 

Anyone who experienced this? or currently experiencing this one permanently? Thanks!

last night, while watching TV. bigla na lang may ringing sa tenga ko.

nawala din after mga 20mins, di ko namalayan.

wag mo lang muna isipin. kung isang linggo na at anjan pa rin, mabuti nang mapatingnan ke dok. tingin ko nasobrahan lang yan sa lakas ng sound pressure while you were at the gig.

"sabi nang wag tututok sa loudspeakers eh!"

bro advice ko lang to. kasi i am taking up vitamins which is vit B-complex (nervital) kahit nasa kulog ako ng practice or gig kahit loud di sumasakit tenga ko.

ang pag inom neto ay after meals dalawa sa umaga dalawa sa gabi.

sana nakatulong, gayan din ako dati.  buti at nagbalik na sa dati.

Sa gig, use earplugs or tissue. Kapag kayo ang tutugtog, use earplugs or invest in an in-ear monitor.
Sa paggamit ng headphones, gumamit ka ng closed-type cans (isolated) para hindi ka mapilitan lakasan ang volume.
Kapag may tinnitus ka, wag ka magbabad sa maingay for a week.

San ba may matinong earplugs? Yung may cord sana at pede linisin

Sa hardware daw ho sir may nabibili. 250php ata.

yung a4tech in ears ko sure comes in handy pagdating sa gigs lalo na pag nasa bad spot ako(harap ng speakers)..it also helps me in determining the loudest member of the band..

the reason i bought earplugs. after practice kasi, napansin kong mejo mahina pandinig ko. better na alagaan natin ang pandinig natin.

Uy, andun din ako! Haha.

I usually experience tinnitus after practice and gigs whenever I forget my earplugs. Kapag sobrang lala talaga, mine lasts for two-three days max. If hindi parin nawawala, better go to a specialist na.
