pano magkakaroon ng maputing ngipin?
ano nilalagay sa ngipin para maging maputi?
at ano ang kailangang iwasan, para maging maputi ang ngipin?

If you really want to have nice pearly white teeth... alagaan nyo lang ang oral hygiene nyo... keep 2x a year linis ng ipin... iwas sa yosi, soft drinks, ice tea, at coffee... malakas un makastain ng ipin... Most patients ask for power bleaching para pumuti ipin nila pero most of them hindi kaya makapag commit sa terms after ng bleaching therapy meaning... it will take years as long as you will stop the staining habits especially yosi at commit every 4-6 months recall sa dentist... kaya ang pinaka da best mag tooth brush 3x a day... mild brushing only.... and drink 8 glasses of water a day.. for patients with thick saliva chew more often ng bubble gum to promote salivation and plenty of water to prevent sira ipin... flint d.m.d.

i agree on minimizing coffee and yosi..kasi nung nagpalinis ako, the supposed to be 30 minute cleaning procedure became a 1 hour and 15 minutes ordeal kasi the dentist had to remove lots of coffee and cigarette stains on my teeth..lalo na daw sa likod ng ipin ko..she even showed me the stains and i was shocked kasi akala ko malinis na ipin ko after brushing my teeth pero nasa likod pala lahat ng stains..
