Supplements are ok bro. just dont depend on it too much. minsan kase kulang yung protein naten na na-cconsume naten sa 1 araw. that's where supplements come in, to fill those "kulang". when we lift weights kase we need more protein to feed our muscles.

the best way to drink your protein is 1st, when you wake up in the morning because our body came from a fasting state. 2nd, right after workout because our anabolic window is most susceptible in protein absorption. and 3rd, before going to sleep because our body will go to a fasting state, that's where the science of supplements come in. the slow absorption and timed release of whey protein isolates.

always follow the directions and serving suggestions bro para makita mo agad yung gains. yung iba kase tinitipid.

consuming 1g protein per lb bodyweight is too much...yung excess nun ay ihihihi lang natin...might as well save some money...most of us naman namimeet yung kailangan na protein natin through the foods we eat.

well may point ka dyan pero dipende pa din sa work-out mo best is how you burn the intake of supplement..... some of us just go to gym wasting time chitchat then take amino, whey, creatine  and etc then sasabihin may side effect or tinatagihawat well minsan meron talga side effect pero
kung maganda naman ang burn through work-out i guess masulit mo lahat... basta kahit anung supplement yan try helping your liver with some liver aid or cad liver ....

consuming 1g of protein per lb of our body weight is ok. your protein supplement will go to waste if you dont know how and when to use it. well lucky for me i know how. :-D  and i've seen great gains since i used protein supplement. research muna kayo regarding supplements before buying one.

those are just myths! natural ang creatine. nakukuha naten ang creatine sa beef and fish. try to read some articles regarding creatine before giving out some statements about it.  :x

edi kung nakakaliit ng p*nis ang creatine sana lahat ng tao maliit ang p*nis because may creatine ang beef, salmon, herring, tuna and madami pang ibang foods.

for beginners, learn the proper posture or suffer back pain for the rest of your life.

for beginners, learn the proper posture or suffer back pain for the rest of your life.

Better yet, just start with military press, bench press, pullups and dips. Two of those combined in a single day are already hell for the shoulders. No need to isolate for the newbies and non-injured.

Beginners must learn to stick with compounds and when they can finally squat double their body weight, that's the time when they should assess if they really need isolation exercises.

Just to add sir, beginners should also be aware about proper recovery periods, ex 1 day on, 1 day off. Newbies tend to be over-enthusiastic when they start working out, leading to overtraining, injury, etc.  :-D

yep, yan exactly ung tinuro sa akin ng unang trainor ko when i was about to start my 20lb gain a few years back. an explanation he also explained to me about that eh give one day to build the muscles na binuhat mo the previous day. pag binuhat mo agad un the next day, hindi lahat ng dapat na mab-build na muscle eh mab-build. but i think that only goes for beginners na hindi pa sanay ung katawan, not sure though.

any thoughts on this?
