yep, yan exactly ung tinuro sa akin ng unang trainor ko when i was about to start my 20lb gain a few years back. an explanation he also explained to me about that eh give one day to build the muscles na binuhat mo the previous day. pag binuhat mo agad un the next day, hindi lahat ng dapat na mab-build na muscle eh mab-build. but i think that only goes for beginners na hindi pa sanay ung katawan, not sure though.

any thoughts on this?

Depends on the muscle. I squat every training with varying levels of difficulty (I have heavy, light and medium days)  and do deadlift every other session but I can walk away from the barbell still walk straight.

Recovery is just as important as focusing on compounds first before doing single jointed exercises. Beginner man o advanced trainee na. Unless you're injured or competing for a bodybuilding competition where proportion is important criteria.

Alternating bench press/pullups and press/clean/dips throughout the week ought to be enough work already for the shoulder for beginners.

dapat whole body work out para mas mabilis lumaki tol. better go to gym sayang lang ang pagod kung sa bahay ka lang :lol:

Fail.... mali yun bro...  take time di lahat nakukuha sa paspasan..... di ka lalaki kung puro whole body......

well sakto lang pero for sure payatin ka for you height and weight o over weight lang ako hahaha
well better ask people around your gym kase iba pa din yung actual.
ok lang for the mean time break in or adopt mo muna sarili mo  sa gym whole body work out for two - four weeks
then proper na ..... basta one body part after that or Big body part then partner with small.
one of the best workout i can recommend is a circuit workout.(medyo-advance na yun)
with protein supplement wala namang reason or basis para mag ka pimples...
may abuse of it kung di maburn ng maayos pero ok lang yun ... pero kung ayaw mo talaga you can try steam white meat like chicken. :-D :-D :-D

kasi may weights kame dito sa bahay, nagbebench press ako, sit ups, push ups, tapos yung sa pang braso tapos yung ibang di ko alam yung tawag..

pano ba dapat ang diet kapag nagwowork out?

sabi kasi nya push ups ang ginagawa nya and pull ups. what i meant is that dapat lahat ng muscles mo ay naeexercise. hindi ko sinabi na whole body every work out . ito ang program ko gayahin mo :lol:

1st day
20mins cardio before and after
chest+ triceps(supersets pareho)

2nd day
20mins cardio before and after
back+ biceps(supersets pareho)

3rd day
20mins cardio before and after
legs+ shoulders(supersets pareho)( sinasamahan ko na lang ng biceps or triceps pag marami pang oras)
A full time saiyanman.
I plant trees on my day off.
