search mo sa google "bodyblast multiply" or supplement avenue. wag na wag ka bibili sa mall. ang layo ng presyo. yung dalawang pinapasearch ko sayo ayos kausap yang mga yan. pero tanong lang, bakt tingin mo kailangan mo mag supplement?

importante pa din ba mag cardio pag ang aim eh mag gain ng mass? gustong gusto ko kasi nag jjogging and nag bbike pero baka kasi yun din dahilan kung bakit bumabagal yung pag gain ko ng laman laman eh.  :-D

cardio can be omitted if your goal is to gian size. A few sessions per week will do just to keep the heart healthy

on my opinion kc . importante tlga ang pag kaka cardio lalo na kng mgbubuhat kau.kc ang pg cardio it helps us to boost our endurance, especially our heart .. tska para mgicing ang ating mga kalamnan.. cheers.  :mrgreen:

cardio for warmup lang. yan din mali ko dati nung nagpapa-gain ako. as much as possible nga pag nagpapa-gain ka ng mass, pag nagbuhat ka wag mashado magpapawis dahil you'll just lose what you are gaining. pag magtutunaw ka naman magiging sagana ka naman sa cardio, so save it for the summertime just my advice.

ako din dati. sakit ko dati sobra sobra sa cardio. kaya sayang lang buhat ko tagal lumaki. kung gusto mo mag pa laki bawasan mo cardio kahit 10 mins lang bago buhat. o kahit wala na. hiwalay mo na lang yung araw na cardio mo sa buhat. :lol:

ngayon, still gaining ako.laki nawala saken nung summer nung nagtunaw ako.from 70kg to 60kg. pero ngayon 67kg nako ulet.target ko ngayon 70kg pero ripped parang nung 60kg ako.

ako di ako maxado fan ng bulking and cutting phase. i prefer to look good all year long.

aba ayos. ganun din gusto ko. tamang laki lang tapos defined muscles. paano magandang gawin kung ganun bro. yung hindi na kailangan magpalaki tapos tska babawas ng timbang para sa definition ng muscles.

it depends kc eh . ako kc gs2 ko lng toned lng ung katawan ko at my definition. kng gs2 ko mging toned ung katawan ko . more high reps mga 12-15reps wag lang ung mga lower reps, kc pampaputok yan lalo na pag heavy ang bnibuhat mo . ako kc heavy na ko mg buhat mga 100-120 then drop set cia.. kc mejo my baby fats pa ko sa katawan . kea nid lng ma burn ..  :lol:

just make sure that you eat enough protein and dont go over your TDEE. just eat the right amount ika nga. What i do now is p90x and so far, mas lalo ako naging defined ang mga muscles ko. I am just on my 3rd week. If you are not doing p90x, what i can suggest is do your regular weight training days and then do cardio on your off days. Your diet must be also dialed in.

sorry to say this but u just wasted your money on that supplement. gainers are just full of simple sugars...ur better off getting whey protein

2 araw pa lang ako nag-ggym. okay lang ba na uminom na ko ng mga supplements like whey protein, amino and creatine then buhat na? salamat sa inyo. marami rin ako natutunan sa baguhang kagaya ko.  :-D

one of the important things i learned from an MH coach is that you need to check if your diet is already fine before taking supplements. If you are getting enough protein in your diet, then there is no reason to be taking whey supplement. Also, since beginner ka palang sa pagbubuhat, you will experience gains rapidly since bago yung stimulus sayo. Better disregard supplement as of the moment.
