i got myself a monster milk for xmas. mukhang maling protein supp yun nabili ko...ano ba recommend nyo whey protein isolate? i used to drink ON.

Isolates - fast acting, the best pagkagising sa umaga or after workout para mabawi yung na burn mong muscle during the process... hindi talaga sya pangpalaki ng katawan

Monster Milk - mass gainer, kung susundin mo yung recommended use, lolobo ka talaga kaso expect mo din na lalaki din ng onti tyan mo dahil sa extra fats na ma bubuild mo dahil mataas ang calorie nung mga mass gainers...

@gutz - hindi advisable na gawing meal replacement yung whey sir, hindi kasi lahat ng kelangan mong nutrients andun unlike sa serious mass / muscle juice , or any mass gainers, Yun pwede mong replacement

sabagay. . speaking of workout routine, push up lang and some cardio yung workout ko everyday. works great so far

tama tulad ng mga ISO whey. kumpara sa mega mass mataas calories nun.

disagree ako dun sa hindi na mag breakfast. kailangan mo din lumamon kahit konti. kailangan mo yung carbs para energy para kumilos at mas makapag sunog eh.

as far as i know, its just a meal supplement.. not a meal substitute or replacement... kain ka ng lean meat with right amount of carbs then inumin mo yan..  :)

maintenance mode. 4 days ng naka diet mode ako. kelangan di gumalaw sa 145lbs. so eto, nguya ng century tuna na may konting pepper. mamya ito na naman almusal ko samahan ko na lang ng tinapay.

tapos next week, creatine loading phase. tapos sunod na week basagan na ulit hehehe

ok. sor, what do i do with it? gawin ko na lang alternate sa isolate? i'll get a small ON whey na muna tapos alternate ko with monster milk. hay...sayang pera sa monster milk.

@marzi - aga ng diet mo sir ah! may new year's lamon mode on pa! hehehe...  anong creatine gagamitin mo sir? gamit ko kasi ngayon is Creatine Ethyl Ester, no need na mag loading phase...

@gutz - food supplement kasi sya sir eh. Pag sinabing supplement eh parang pandagdag kung hindi sapat. Ang tamang protein intake daw is 1g of protein per body weight in pounds... for example 140lbs ka, at least 140g ang protein na kelangan mo ma consume daily. So kung hindi mo na aachieve sa natural foods yung protein requirements mo, gamitan mo ng whey.

Hindi naman siguro masasayang yung pera mo sa monster milk kasi minsan 1 tub lang may reaction agad yung katawan basta susundin mo yung recommended usage.

Pwede rin namang gumawa ka ng homemade mass gainer. Whey + skim milk + ice cream, etc depende sa gusto mong ihalo. Check mo nalang lagi yung nutrition facts para counted mo yung intake mo everyday.
