mga gym addict jan, ask ko lang kung ok ba ang "muscle juice"?, galing kasi ako sa amino2222, kaso mabgal ang development. Kaya balak ko mag change ng suppliment. First time ko lang kasi into a powder at may nag suggest sakin na ok daw ang muscle juice. Meron ba dito na nakagamit na ng ganitong powder? Or may mas ok pa kesa dito? I need your suggestion. Salamat TIA.

if youre planning to bulk up, yes. some of my gymmates are taking muscle juice with...eherm..dianabol and yung isa sa pinaka noticeable results eh extreme bulkiness.

oral dianabol steroids yung binebenta samin.ok lang daw as long as di ka mag iinom ng alcoholic drinks pag nasa period ka na nagte-take ka nun.isa sa pinaka kapan-pansin na side effect ay ang pagiging "gigil" mo sa lahat ng bagay. madali kong nalaman kung sino sino ang mga gumagamit nyan dun sa amin dahil pag nakakasabay ko sila eh parang mga torong manunuwag kung makatingin.pag kausap mo parang kulang na lang murahin ka pero maayos naman usapan nyo lolz

^walang basis yang sinasabi mo with regards to creatine. it doesn't have any psychological side effect. naturally occuring ang creatine sa katawan and you can get it from natural food sources like meat, poultry and fish products. kaya nga kung sapat na yung intake ng creatine from natural food sources, di mo na kelangan magtake pa ng supplement.

next uumpisahan ko na ulit mag workout pero dito lang sa bahay. mostly pushup at resistance bands lang at cardio. hoping to get ripped again

tinanong ko ano ba talaga epekto pag nakainom nun. base sa paliwanag nya, pag dinagdagan mo sa usual na buhat mo yung bawat set, syempre aayaw na yung muscles mo. pero yung utak mo daw ang nasa isip kayang kaya mo pa at kelangan mo i-push..err, wag na lang talaga.

this may be a noobie thing.....pero masama pala talaga ang ginugutom sarili lalu na pag tagal tagal.....
eh ang dami tao nag d-"diet" kuno gaya ng mga friends ko

you'll gain weight and it becomes harder for you to lose it!.....its a good thing i researched these things

im just eating normally but 6 meals a day wag lang excess..... and workout <<<<<< ito talaga key sa weight loss not starvation

well not exactly,
the thing is, you need to overload your muscles, then supply them with the proper nutrients needed for optimal growth.

The serious lifter should also keep track of his/her performance.
Say for instance you were able to bench 150lbs for 12 reps last week, try to exceed that this week by doing 150 for 15 reps

or 170 for 10
or 160 for 12.

correct. the thing is, many lifters often focus on taking more supplements (protein in particular) and expect gains when actually, it's by the way you train (gradual progression as you've mentioned) that stimulates the muscle growth.
