mukhang matindi nga yang routine na ginagawa mo bryan, di ko ata kakayanin ang 7 days straight workout. right now, i'm doing 5 days a week, pahinga every wednesday and sunday.

malapit na sa kalahati yung ON whey gold ko, hehehe, i'll start my nitro-tech or maybe the anator pagkaubos ng ON, or baka nitro-tech as my protein then anator as post workout supplement. maybe those supplements would last about 3 to 4 months. i need to get bulk first. i used to be very skinny, pero ngayon may konting nadagdag sa katawan ko, palagay ko ectomorph person ako.

malalaki talaga ang servings ng weight gainers, try mo megamass 4000.

*The most important sa workout yung rest.
At least dapat more than 8 hours ang tulog mo.
Without proper sleep balewala yung binuhat mo ngayon.
May mga kakilala ako na di nag-take ng supplement baste more than 8hours ang tulog. Ang laki ng improvement.
Time is short, let's play music as long as possible.

mukhang ok naman yung mga pro-performance supplements nila. i suggest consulting a nutritionist. alam nila kung ano kelangan mo.

good advice, but in a perfect world, that would work. people are busy and pre-occupied with a lot of things. that's where these supplements come in. multivitamins so if you drastically change your diet you still get the propert nutrition that your body needs (sleep deprivation causes you to not absord this, so a multivitamin helps out). intake of metals, like manganese, iron, magnesium, chromium.....etc..... is essential to have a better constitution. just like the man of steel, he's immune to a lot of disease and illness, why? because he's 'the man of steel', need I say more? antioxidants.....as we grow old, our body needs this, good for our prostate, good for the liver, digestion and skin. also helps out in lowering your bad cholesterol, lower percentage of heart attack and stroke, your body builds more antibodies for bacteria and germs.....etc...etc....

once you have a full day, you're active, sleep sometimes is not an option. you get at most 4-5 hours. its how you make your body rest that counts. you gain muscle when asleep. you recover most of the days strain when asleep. sleeping is also beneficial for your mental health. if you're sleep deprived, you can't have REM, which is essential for a persons imagination and normal brain function. if you can't dream, you'll be dull the whole day.

Work, hobby (in our case music and to some a career), relationships and time for self improvement. where's could you find time to rest.

whenever you can, close your eyes. deep sleep is all you need. you can have 15 minutes of deep sleep and you're rested. (but not recommended). 8 hours of sleep is still the best.

live your life
love your life
sleep dammit
relax if you can
enjoy as much




PS.
don't drink weight gainers if you do not exercise. you are at rist of major health problems. HEART ATTACK, STROKE, ANEURISM, OBESITY.........

there is not substiture for exercising and eating right. its not an excuse that you don't have time to work out. 15 minutes a day is all you need, 3-4 times a week. that only takes 1 hour a week off your life. its not that much and its benefits are humongous.

what exercises you can do
jumping jacks
shadow boxing
calisthenics (stretch out all your limbs and joints)
ride a bike
basketball
table tennis
wash your friends car
clean your backyard
clean your house

all these takes just 15 minutes. eat lots of veggies, meat, poultry, fish, fruits, and nuts. drink whole milk.

DO NOT DRINK ANY WEIGHT GAINER if you don't excercise at least 1 hour/ 4days a week. Do try to at least do what I said above, you'll gain weight safely.

practicing/jamming with your band is excercise, but its ANAEROBIC. you need to do AEROBIC exercises.

live healthy!!!!

agree. because you need to burn all those calories, baka masobrahan ka sa fats. hehehe. think of it like a vehicle, you have to put gas in it, the engine burns your gas and the burnt gas goes to your exhaust pipes. parang ganon din ang mga katawan natin.

btw bryan, have you tried to use no-xplode? or similar products like that? no-xplode is voted as top NO product, as what i've read sa mga reviews, they had a major pump increase, yung iba naman sabi too much caffeine daw, yung iba nahihilo daw sa sobrang intake.

i'm still curious about that endothil-cr of yours hehehehe. very interesting reviews.

whoa, 225llbs?!?!?!?! i can't even bench 100lbs, ang lakas mo hehehe.

btw, nakausap mo na mom mo?

i will add anator p70 to my supplement stack now, first time ko gagamitin mamya, hehehe. this will be my workout day supplement intake.

morning - on whey protein
pre workout - universal creatine
post workout - anator p70
evening - on whey protein

will be taking centrum and universal animal pak pa rin everyday, alternate.

i have two dumbbells na pedeng dagdagan ng plates....nabili ko lang sa raon...ang weight ng isang dumbbell ay 10lbs...pede ko bang isagad ang number of reps to 30 kasi magaan para sakin e...wala pa kasi time magpunta sa raon para magdagdag ng plates...

maliit lang ang space sa apartment kaya hindi ako pedeng magkaron ng bench at barbell...bigay naman kayo ng mga workouts na magagawa ko sa dumbbells ko...pang build up ng chest...para sa tyan, hindi naman six pack ang pangarap ko, mawala lang tong "barrell" e masaya na ko...

yup, pwede mong dagdagan ng reps and sets, madaming pwedeng workout using dumbbells eh, eto examples, try mo:

biceps - seated dumbbell curl, concentration curl
triceps - overhead dumbbell extensions, dumbbell kickbacks
chest - dumbbell press, dumbbell flies
back - row
shoulder - overhead dumbbell press, upright rows, bent over laterals, front raise

kung magpapalaki ka ng katawan, dagdagan mo ng weights para magpump yung muscles mo.

Benched 270 last week, 8 reps, 2 weeks kasi akong natigil. Sana maka 300 na ulit ako ngayon  :-D try ko mamaya. Talagang sugar (and fats) na lang ang kinukuhanan ko ng energy ngayon kesa carbs ng kanin. Pag kulang sa matamis di ako maka max sa lifts ko  :-(. Haay pag nakaluwag-luwag sa classes ko birit ulit ako sa buhat para maka 400 na hehehe (baka kulang lang sa suplements  :wink:)

Additional tip pala, na-try ko kasi minsan magbuhat sa ibang gym, nung nag dips ako nagulat ako kaya kong mag 20-30 reps (pero di ko ginawa) or mag hang ng 50lbs siguro pero sa usual gym ko 8 pa lang hirap na ko, parang puputok triceps ko. Actually kasi yung dips platform sa usual gym ko masyadong narow, malapit sa hips ko, ma-triceps ang tama. Pag sakto yung lapad ng dips ma-lower chest ang tama. Yung optimal para sa akin e around isang dangkal from hips yung hawakan.

Baka mashadong narrow yung dips doon sa gym mo. Dapat ang tama nun more sa chest and some sa triceps. Possible din na mejo mahina pa yung lower chest muscle mo. Pero kung talagang duda ka dun sa dip platform try mo maghanap ng mas wide tapos try mo. Dapat at least isang dangkal layo sa hips mo (theoretical ko lang po, based on actual application)

Isang tip din pala, try mo ihiwalay yung araw ng dips sa chest workouts mo or unahin mo siya sa chest workouts mo kung gusto mo ihabol yung lakas ng lower chest mo. Try mo rin mag flyes (tama ba yung term ko?  :-D) sa crossover. Ganun din sa crossover, dapat lower chest yung tinatamaan ng tenson.

bwiset nagkamali ako kangina sa 300, di ko naikarga yung isang 20lb na plate sa kabila, napagod left tricep ko, balik ako sa 270. asar talaga. Anyway, Just took my dose of whey  :-D

wahh.. badtrip ako di pa makawork out' nawala na ung pinagpaguran ko dati ung nagwowork out pa ko.. naoperahan me" appendicitis' pang 4 months ko na to, ilang months ba dapat? sabi ng iba   1 year daw' iniisip ko rin eh, baka kasi bumuka ung tahi....pero nag dudumbells naman na ko, bicep tricep nga lang..

nope, hindi sya sinasama sa beverage, sa reviews nito, ganon din ang feedback, taste lang talaga, pero ok lang, tolerable naman yung lasa, parang robitussin eh. anyway, it means may gamot talagang content to. hehehe.
