any doctors advice here?

i have a left mild pelvocaliectasia. what is the treatment for this? is it buko or water helps?

Not a doctor, but will soon become one. If I'm not mistaken, yan yung merong considerable water retention sa kidney nyo?

Question lang, anong klaseng blockade ba meron ka? Kung stone yan, pwedeng makuha yan ng ganyan lang, pero kung malaki talaga, most probably surgery yan OR yung ESWL (extracorporeal shockwave lithotripsy) - yun yung parang gumagamit ng shockwaves para durugin yung bato, so walang incision pag eswl. Pero siyempre, mas okay kung consult kayo ng specialista. :)

thanks sir freedom04. planning to consult eurologist para mpakita ko un result ng ultrasound ko..
almost 1 week n tong result ko hindi ko pa nkkunsulta sa eurologst.. ok nman na pkiramdam ko hindi n sumasakit un left side ko
pero npansin ko mdyo masaket un pagihi ko un pnka ktawan sa loob ng ari ko.. pero di gnun ksaket nkkairita lng

Im a Doctor. Show it to a urologist. We still need to confirm if you have a stone (bato) or a stricture (ipit/ scar) in the urinary tract that can cause these findings in the ultrasound. You initial ultrasound findings are not yet conclusive since you will still need adjuncts of other test to test other possible disease entities. Hope this helps.

thanks sir glasgow! right now i feel fine na.. almost 3weeks na hindi nasaket ok na din pagihi ko.. just water and buko juice lng ako. but still looking forward to a urologist.. bdtrip  last wed wala kahit isa urologist sa san juan de dios.. anyway much thanks sir glasgow!
