Meron ka bang locking nut? that usually fixes it. better get one kung wala. Sinetup ko pa yung trem spring and claws nung guitar ko(I have a floating floyd rose type style tremolo). about the higher fret prob, truss rod adjustment.. better bring it to a guitar serviceman.. i attempted to adjust it myself, lalo lang nagkagulo

sounds like an intonation problem.

a locking nut is good.... if you have a locking trem. otherwise, stay away from it.

Definitely an intonation problem and maybe one or more of your machine heads slips as you use the whammy.  How do you anchor your strings to the heads?  Or maybe your strings are new and haven't been broken in properly?  Bring your axe to a luthier to make sure.

The strings:

a. bind on to the nut (poorly cut nut, ugly nut material, rough strings)

b. slip on the saddles (rough saddles, poorly made strings)

c. slip on the post (poorly made tuners, faulty installation of strings, loose tuner bushings)

The tremolo:

a. isn't adjusted right (lifts after a bend)

b. is worn out
Get Wylde.

Is there a problem with the bridge?  :?

Yup. But if you have a locking nut, hindi mawawala sa tono yun.

actually, naging problem ko na to before...
bro, check your strings, maybe you need a new set for replacement... kadalasan pag luma na yung strings, nawawala na talaga to sa tono
and secondary na yung intonation ng guitar mo, kung sakaling nagpalit ka na ng strings and still ganito parin yung problema, you need to bring your guitar to a luthier

Palagay ka ng Tremsetter...

The Tremsetter will automatically bring your guitar back to its "zero" or starting position. On a regular floating bridge, your tremolo relies on the your string tension pulling against the springs in the back of your guitar.

Its a delicate balance and if one side is just a little out of balance, your guitar will be out of tune. The Tremsetter overrides this precarious balancing situation and brings your tremolo back to the exact "in-tune" position.  :-D

aahhh... no. Even with a locking nut, a floating bridge will go out of tune if you break a string. Why? The system works on the principle of having the cumulative string tension equally countered by the cumulative spring tension, to keep the bridge floating parallel to the guitar body. If a string breaks then: cumulative string tension < cumulative spring tension = bridge will pull down towards the body = out of tune.
