Kapag nararamdaman kong parating na sya, at nasa work, generic lang na Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25mg para mawala, pero may kasamang antok na kaunti.
Kapag walang pasok at tinamaan, 50mg naman para makatulog ng mas matagal. Mura lang kasi kumpara sa mga branded. Piso at ilang sentimo lang ata yung 25mg, tapos yung 50mg lagpas dalawampiso lang. Kaya may naka-stock akong tag-isang banig lagi sa bag ko.

Natatakot lang ako baka in the future operahan ako sa sinus, kasi medyo malakas ako suminga e, grade4 to nadevelop sakin, namana ko sa mama ko. Pero hindi naman ako lagi nagkaka-rhinitis these past few years, hindi naman rin bwan-bwan. May mga times na malas lang.

Delikado yan tol at baka magka Otitis Media ka. I had one when I was young dahil sa sobrang sipon. I was prescribed with ornex back then and effective naman.

I think you lack something to boost your resistance against allergy and that is "VITAMIN C" hehe

, try this one. ALEVA 10 mg for 7days, pagkagising mo sa umaga, inom ka kaagad then sabayan mo ng POTENCEE or any other VITAMIN C na 1000mg, just do it for 7 consecutive days dapat wlang sablay,,then tell me the results!

nag research ako, I was surprised karamihan ng articles sa natural cure for allergies, wala ako nakita mention regarding vitamin c, isa daw sa cause is deficiency in omega 3...

I'm growing tired of taking anti histamines and the like so I'm currently trying taking flaxseed oil capsules...

I'm on my 10th day now without taking any form of anti allergy meds, I think it is working, I still sneeze quite a bit, some days are better than others but napansin ko lang medyo manageable na sya ngayon unlike before na pag sneeze ako medyo violent sya that I really need to take anti allergy meds kundi mahirapan ako mag function during the day, ngayon kahit mag sneeze ako, madali ako maka recover...

I'm not saying that this really works but I personally feel medyo na relieve ako plus I'm able to stop taking anti allergy meds for the last 10 days...

I still suggest you either go to a doctor or a licensed homeopathy practitioner and also doing your own vigorous research on what you feel will work for you...

isa pala warning regarding omega 3 supplements, you shouldn't take it in conjunction with blood pressure maintenance medications, aspirin, ibuprofen & the like...kasi omega 3 is a natural blood thinner kaya meron chance it will amplify yun effects ng aforementioned drugs, it may have adverse effects on your health mixed with those medications... be vigilant when taking anything, check nyo lang kung may reaction with any other stuff you're currently taking

I'll update everyone every 10 days thereafter, hopefully this will help yun mga kapwa ko nag suffer sa allergic rhinitis

Tried this one, and I find it effective. Couple that with antihistamine that suits you. As for me, Claritin ang nakakapagpatanggal ng allergy ko. Clarinase + Claritin =

disclaimer lang, I'm not saying that this will work for everyone, I've been doing research, lahat kasi ng sakit comes from imbalance sa nutrition sa body based from various homeopathy books & websites, I again strongly urge everyone to consult with their doctors and be vigilant in their research.

I haven't drank any anti histamines for the past 18 days, I'm taking flaxseed oil capsules three times a day, along with a multi vitamin, while I still sneeze occasionally, the difference is very dramatic that my wife remarked that I do not sneeze that often as compared to when I was taking anti histamines prior to starting my flaxseed oil regimen... and nabawasan noticeably yun puffiness ng eyes ko due to excessive sneezing.... I'm not cured totally but I really feel relieved kumpara ko 20 days ago.... when you do your own research; while it is not scientifically proven, flaxseed oil is said to relieve several forms of allergies as well as a natural anti inflammatory agent.

I'm extremely pleased with my progress coz it has enabled me to stop taking medication for my allergies. Again let me stress I'm not cured, I still sneeze but it now has become dramatically manageable and the relief from both my allergies and from taking medicines has also eased my mind.

I hope this will help out fellow members here who are suffering from allergic rhinitis

There are three types of omega 3 supplements easily available locally.... fish oil capsules (pinaka common yun cod liver oil), flaxseed oil capsules and algae based omega 3 supplements.....kayo na bahala ano gusto nyo try, some people gets upset stomach using fish oil capsules, in some cases even yun flaxseed & algae based products, kayo na pumili ano try nyo

almost 30 days na'ko last uminom ng anti histamines, okay naman, napansin ko lang yun sneezing ko is isolated na during mornings and noticeably kaunti na sya compared before I started, unlike before if I don't take anti histamines may sneezing fit ako the whole day, so I'm assuming may positive effect yun omega 3 intake sa allergic rhinitis ko...since main purpose ng whole excercise na ito is to stop taking medication for my allergies, I'll chalk this up as a small victory....I'll post another update after 15 days

mahirap yan lalo na sa akin na asthmatic. ang gamit ko ay fluticasone (avamist) nasal spray. ang hirap pa niyan pag nag develop yan sa nasal polyp

i dunno if this would help, sa sinusitis ko kasi i'm using Avamys, nasa 700-800bux nasal spray sya, then once a week i am using netipot for nasal irrigation, ayun nakakahinga na ako ng maayos, prob ko kasi nag dadry ung loob ng ilong ko di mkaflow ng maayos yung mucous.

after new year umatake allergic rhinitis ko. nag nasonex ako in the morning. nafarin- a sa umaga at sa gabi. 2nd day may improvement agad. pag may biglang atake out of nowhere, at nag water mata ko, nag cclaritin ako

i have chronic allergic rhinitis. since nung bata pa ako meron na. normal sa climate nang philippines ang allergies samahan mo pa ng pollution.
changing diet can help a little. although pag malala kailangan na talaga ng meds.

may maintenance spray na ako, ang gamit ko

Flixotide (fluticasone)

same kami ng spray ni Kelen. safe sya prescribed by my otolaryngologists (ENT) , spray on both your nostrils once every morning. it works. mas nag kakaroon ka ng resistance to allergens when used regularly. siguro after maubos ng spray, pahinga muna pag medyo guminhawa na pakiramdam then gamit ka nalang ulit. ganun ginagawa ko kasi ayaw ko rin maging dependent sa spray.

as always consult your doctors first before taking any meds.

nag try na ako ibat ibang meds. di umobra.
tapos nag try ako ng stripsils tapos pinakuluang luya inumin mo ng maligamgam...... ayun.. solve..tapos rest ng 30 mins,

My drug of choice is either Cetirizine or Loratadine. You can also use Montelukast pero mas ginagamit sya for asthma patients.

Sabi nila ang AR sakit daw ng mga batang hindi lumalabas ng bahay kasi hindi nakakalanghap ng alikabok noon. Partly true pero no scientific and medical evidence to back it up.

madalas din ako atakihin nito. may nag recommend sakin, kumain daw ako lagi ng "Mangustine". (pero di ko na rin sinusubukan.)

takot kasi ako mag take ng kung anu-anong medicines eh, madami kasi akong allergy, at mahina ang heart ko kaya delikado din baka bawal pala sakin yung gamot na mainum ko kaya ganyan yung nirecommend sakin. hehe

ang malupit nito hindi ko sure ano ang trigger ko talaga but when it hits (like last night) it hits hard. kahit anong linis ng kwarto ko it just happens. but when i go on vacation (like say island vacation) walang allergy tsss

Often happens to me when I ate Menthol candies.*lol*
but most of the time because of Dusts.

there is no cure for allergic rhinitis
You can control it depends on the severity of your symptoms
If yours is hard to control and having problems with your daily activities consult a specialist, an allergologist/ allergist

Long term. ... mag juicing ka.

do this FIRST THING IN THE MORNING, as in pagkabangon mo. yung 100% Juice like Berri and the likes. Or better, fresh juices and veggies high in Vit C.

did this and it worked.

but once you stop, it'll come back. so make it a lifestyle.

Sabi ng Allergology ko, walang permanent na gamot dyan. Anti-histamines lang talaga pangontra pag umatake na.

Wala namang bad side effects ang anti-histamines and safe sya kahit sa mga bata. Wag lang yung may mga steroids na.

Maganda kung magpapatest ka rin para malaman mo talaga saan ka allergic. Nasa 4k nga lang yung test.
