ngsisit ups ako pero d nadedevelop ung lower part ng abs ko ung sa upper part lang. nagleleg raise din naman ako equivalent sa sit ups ko. pano po un?

reverse crunch.

do your leg raises with weights tucked in between your feet.

anaerobic core exercises like jump rope, ta ebo (letse nagiging ice cream)...etc...

there's a hard one - jack knife on a balance ball. hehe.

this is a common misconception about ab and oblique muscles, lahat ng tao may abs at obliques since birth bro, what bryan means is... dapat, yung question mo is "paano maging visible ang ab muscles", not "pano magkaron ng abs".

mahirap talaga.. mas maganda ab crunch hehe. sana makabalik na ako sa page-exercise.. langya kasing mga pinsan to e. puro inom! di tuloy ako makabuo ng magandang diet. hehe.

tama yung mga nagsabi ng lose body fats muna bago magsi-situp kasi di talaga lilitaw yan. tignan nyo yung mga kargador/karpintero.. di na nila kailangan ng gym o diet, buhat buhat lang ng semento tuwing umaga at hapon, konting merienda... may abs na kagad!  :lol:

But more lean muscle mass makes it a bit easier for you to lose fat and keep it off. So it's really okay to do both at the same time. :-)

Kung puro fast break at man to man defense the whole time, panalo yung basketball. :lol:

But seriously, any physical activity that gets your heart rate up long enough is good cardio. However, how often you're willing to do it and how long you're willing stick to it will determine how much you get out of it. :wink:

uuhm gusto mo para magka abs ka pero di ka gagastos lapit ka sakin susuntukin ko yang tiyan mo para mamaga mga masel mo dyan, di mo na kailangan ng vitamins alaxan lang iinumin mo, mga 1 week lang may abs kana, bukol bukol nga lang hindi pantay pantay :lol:

oo nga loose body fats muna talaga.. kelangan un.. kaso nakakatamad talaga mag sit ups.. kung walang muscle .. itchura nalang labanan...


OT: galing ng banda nyo ah nung nasa dayo bar ung guest nyo Mayonnaise.. asteeg! nag promote ka pa ng guitar mo tol.. hehehe!

Crash diets are never a good thing. Your diet practically killed your metabolism. It may seem that it is a good idea now. But it will be a lot harder for you to lose fat and keep it off in the long run. You should make friends, so to speak, with your metabolism if you want to effectively lose weight and keep it off.

Your body will automatically slow your metabolism down if you take in too little food. It will enter "starvation mode" and will try to compensate accordingly.

Jumping 1,200 times/night is bad for your knees. You should mix some low impact cardio (biking, elliptical trainer, rowing, etc.) into your routine.

Working the same muscles everyday/night is actually counter-productive, especially when done at that intensity.

ang pinapakain sakin ng dietician dati

1 cup rice+2 matchbox size meat or fish+fruit breakfast
1 glass juice or 1 piece bread, snack at 10am
1 cup rice+2 matchbox size meat or fish+fruit lunch
1 glass juice or 1 piece bread, snack at 3pm
1 cup rice+vegetables+fruit, dinner at 6 or 7

samahan mo ng exercise, papayat ka talaga

metabolism is the key para kahit natutulog ka, nasusunog ang mga taba :-D

You can see how many calories you're taking in by checking the nutrition facts on most packaged foods.

For everything else, the numbers are all over the web.

However, keep in mind that there are a lot of other factors to consider aside from your caloric intake. Besides, counting calories is really boring. Just focus on building lean muscle, doing enough cardio, and eating right and you'll be just fine. :wink:

     ganon po ba iyon? may napapansin din kasi ako na parang kahit nageexercise ako tuwing gagabi parang naghihina pa din ako sa umaga.
now i know.....
Kailangan pala din may alternative na cardio para d masyadong pwersado ang tuhod ko.... 

cguro carreerin ko na yung pagtetennis ko.mas magandang alternative iyon sa jump rope... kahit twice a week   :-)

That just means that your body does not get enough time to recover.

Don't be afraid to take in carbs. You just have to time your intake properly (i.e. before working out since you'll need the energy to perform well and you can have a little more after working out especially if the workout was intense).

You can also try other more healthy sources of carbs like wheat bread and oatmeal. They give you vitamins and protein along with the carbs that you're taking in.

And finally, you need enough protein to repair and build muscle. :wink:
