Alternative Pop or electronic pop :) simple as that..natatawa nga ko na yung iba eh may indie indie pa eh known na sila eh signed sila sa record company..plus ang indie di naman genre yun eh classification yun...hindi na sila macclasified as indie kasi mainstream na sila :)

tumugtog banda nyo sa pre-concert gig ng the 1975 diba?

kaya ko natatandaan na fan ka nila, dahil nagpagupit ka gaya nung sa kanila

at bumili ka ng CD nila na hindi Asian release  :wave:

Oo fan ako ng banda may selfie pa nga ako sakanya eh haha :p and magandang collection ang cd at vinyl na galing uk at walang "made in the ph" hahaha

i first heard them on jam88.3 with the song chocolate! its catchy and i love the beat of that song, fell in love with it right away. i havent heard their whole album though..

yes, i guess its electronic pop

Mismo sila :) pati ibang songs din nila..and you should have seen them live sobrang mismo..ibang iba ang tunog ng banda dito sad to say sa quality ng sound nila it's like you're listening to the cd in freakin full volume..ganun ka linis at kaganda.. :)

Galing ng melodies pati ng sound nila! Sobrang catchy! I watched them live nun sa Glorietta... as usual madami fan girls sa crowd.

Pero honestly naiintindihan nyo ba yung lyrics? hehe ngongo nga lang dating sakin pero okay talaga yung melody :)

actually, parang di english(UK) yung salita nung vocalist.. parang welsh(?) nakakasabay lang ako pag may lyrics akong binabasa. hahaha!

at one point, naobsessed ako sa song na chocolate, naghanap ako ng mga nagcover sa youtube. may isang taga US na babae, di ganun kaganda pagkakakanta nya, kasi malinaw yung lyrics as opposed to di maintindihan na lyrics ng original! hehehe!

anyway, the acoustic performance will give you goosebumps! the one he performed on a local radio.

hindi hehehe actually sa melodies ako nahook talaga and besides sarap din nilang kantahin ng bumibrit or wumewelsh accent  :lol:

style niya talaga yun parang yung last dinosaurs halos ganun din hehehe or yung ibang brit band like yung all the young ganun din kumanta pero nakakatuwa yung way ng pag sulat at paghalo nila ng synths and sequences sa songs :D

Ang solid nila nung tumugtog sila dito sa manila. Try nyo din panuorin ung live nila sa coachella nung nakaraan lang yun. Para skin isa sa mga the best nilang kanta bukod sa chocolate ung settle down and she way out  :-D

wow! hindi ko naisip 'yun ahh. i always thought Maroon 5 was one of his influences since si James Valentine lang ang alam ko na naka-Fano. but one thing is for sure, he is a really big fan of offset guitars, from Jaguar/Jazzmaster to Fanos. :)

actualy DT ang influence niya, i listened to one of radio 1's interview before regarding their main influences, George mentioned na almost everyday eh walang ibang pinapatugtug si adam kundi DT lang haha

OT ibang fano artist includes NELL's vocalist Kim Jong Wan (lufet na banda din ang NELL check mo yun), pete yorn, krys reid ng third eye blind, even si johnny marr eh gumagamit din ng fano :)
