Also suspect your power supply esp. if you're using a generic one.

Pero pwede ring may bad sector yung hard disk mo -- which is what happened to me. If you have a friend with spare peripherals, try swapping them first. I agree with the others: It could also be your RAM.

Pre,

Try to restart your PC... press F8 several times and go to safemode... in safemode, click start -> Run -> type mo sa blank space MSCONFIG.

Go to the Startup tab (Second tab from the right) check mo kung ano ano yung tumatakbo sa startup environment. Uncheck all that is unnessesary. click apply then close...

The system will noe prompt you to restart your PC. click restart and boot to Windows normally. Pag login mo you will be rompted with a message box about selective start up just check the box and click ok...

Baka ksi may running program sa start na nag ca-cause ng reboot mo...

if it doesn't work try running a spyware remover and antivirus sa Safemode and check if there are any viruses in your PC.

Hope this helps.... tell me what happens... thanks :-D

Get rid of norton. There are a lot of free AV soft out there that's much better. You have Antivir, AVG, AOL Virus Shield... even opensource Clamwin. Download Eset's NOD32 for a free 30 day trial.

From what I know hindi na kailagan..

Disable mo muna yung AntiVirus mo; which is Norton and then.

Just go to the Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs-> Select mo yung Norton-> Click the remove.
Hmmm pero if my memory serves me right minsan nag e-error pag nag-uun-install ng Norton.. parang ayaw magpatanggal sa PC hehehe..

Try mo muna yun...
