If you are not in a hurry and prepared to spend large sum of money for good quality sax and you already know how to play sax, then, I advice to wait until you get enough cash to buy a good sax (yamaha, selmer, cann, etc), be it 2nd hand or brand new.
... but if you are really in hurry at gusto mo na matuto much earlier and you don't have enough cash, then, i suggest you buy cheap (affordable to your budget, . 2nd hand or b/n).
Learning sax is not easy. it takes a lot of skills and practice. Takes months or year.
By the time you advances with your sax playing skills, your instinct will tell you what brand, setup and style of sax, reeds and mouthpiece to buy. (of course, you have to search with diff sax's models features on Internet). There's nothing wrong in trials and errors. Experience is one of the best teacher. You learn from your ups and downs. It's an investment. Once you learned to play sax, it becomes you asset. What is P10k or P15k compared to the joy and pride when you find yourself able to play sweet and good music out of your own effort?
By the way, there are so many saxophone tutorials on youtube, watch and download. practice it and apply. for me, it is much convenient than hiring a teacher.
good luck
