Pag natuloy to, a big fight between the 3 telco giants is bound to happen.

baka mas mababa pa since local operation ang setup eh. its like working in Globe, Smart or PLDT, local rates.

and Telstra recently purchased PACNet - a 20+++ mile marine cable facility. that means the company really has plans of expanding to south east asia market. my fingers are crossed, i really wish for the guys to bring Aussie internet connectivity hindi yung mag tap pa sila sa local facilities.

that building is their in-house BPO office. not connected in any way to any telecommunications services that will come if the deal with SMC pushes through.

may nakita din akong nag post sa FB nung pic na yun claiming that theyre already here and just rounding things up for the launch next year.

may fb page din na Telstra PH, twitter account at kung ano pang makikita mo sa net na UNOFFICIAL pa as confirmed by their office in Australia.

lets just keep our fingers crossed and hope that the deal gets finalised. and when that day comes, lets hope again that their services are just what we are all expecting - a consistent, no bull, affordable mobile internet.
