I make sure the shoes is light. I also mke sure that the shoe is not heavy. Also i use the one with a thin sole and i dont like using shoes that have a thick sole.

i practice barefoot but i play gigs with shoes on.
prefferably yung jungle moc ng merrell o kahit anong sapatos ng adidas.
di naman ako naninibago magdrums pag may shoes, i just have to adjust the seat height just a little bit to compensate for the added "height" of the shoes..

A light pair of sneakers with a thin sole is my favorite drum shoe. Like, Adidias superstar, Adidas Samba, Surf/beach Sock is good. hehehe. I find my old pair of Tribu Sandals quite comfortable too. Ayaw ko na mag bare foot. Masakit sa talampakan pag mahaba ang tugtugan. Tska damang dama ang impact "to the bones!"

Parang yung Iron-Cobra?

Hirap idulas yung paa dun!! hahahaha.  :-D

depende sa pedal. kasi wala akong pedal, iba-iba ang mga nagagamit ko. and sad to say, meron yung mga pedal na parang liha ang grip and masakit sa paa, i remember nagkakalyo and nasugat paa ko one time. kaya tinatantya ko na lang kung kelangan magsapatos. pero i prefer barefoot pa rin kasi feel ko im one with the drums. pero kung shoes ang pag-uusapan, walang tatalo sa chuck taylor tsaka puma suede, nyahahha. flats rule!!!

Tama yan!  :-D Para tumagal yung paa natin!!!!

soft and bendable soles hanggang sa heel. tapos perfect fit, ewan ko i haven't tried playing with big shoes, like boots etc. but some drummers i see wear heavy shoes. hehehe siguro i'm not really good. happy holidays mga kapatid! godbless. :-D

Nakkatulong kasi yung extra weight so masmabilis yung bounce.  Never tried better pedals, well, maybe yung low end na pearl at tama. ganda sila, ang gaan.  Pati yung mumurahin sa Sta. Mesa masmagaan. :-o

REcently , Napagtanto ko, ang hirap mag doubles pag mei elevation ng onti ang heel mo because of the shoe's heel.. heel down player ako most of the time kasi.. i want flat sole now! hehehe..

cheers!!!

i used skate shoes (DC, Vans, Globe, Circa) while playing drums in a gig. .
