Hi guys. Just to differ.

I'd rather spend 100k for less popular brands or models of guitars and gear : the ones that are not really related, attributed or connected to a certain artist but with superior quality. I want to be different, to be distinct from the rest of guitar players who ask for a specific brand or model because their guitar-hero uses such. I'll find my own voice, my own rig that I can call "my own" and is unique. In that way, you get appreciated because of your musicality, technique and skills, and not because of your gear. You play the instrument, and not the other way around.

I would probably be asking for a custom guitar, amp and maybe effects that matches my requirements. In a way, I am already helping the custom shop from which my gear is made in terms of marketing its products.

If Fernando guitars can provide me a superior quality, custom guitar to my specs then why not?
If Sioschi (or any other local amp makers) can give me en excellent custom amp to my specs then why not?
If Neil Subzero (or any other local DIY FX) can design custom FX to my specs then why not?
..and so on, and so forth...


The 100k is all worth it.

IMO, if I had 100k+ to burn, I'd rather build a guitar myself using the best materials I can find. :-D

But for the sake of discussion:
Suhr - Yep, Caparison - Don't think so... , Musicman - Basses, maybe , Gibson - Definitely :-) , Fender - Of course! , ESP - I like the Phoenix Model (although it doesn't go up to 100k), Rickenbacker - Hmmm..., Ibanez - No.

you can make a great guitar for 20k,  then jack up the price to 100k.  That's the luthier's secret  :lol:

I'll spend 100k on a guitar when I'm a millionaire. If I had that kind of dough, a gibson SG or PRS would be awesome.  :-)

Musicman- No. Not interested. They are really weird for some reason
Gibson- Explorers, V' and Les Pauls that are FLOYDED bwahaha
Fender- Maiden Strat, basta humbuckers and floyded ok na
ESP- Hammet, V's only.
PRS- Yes.
Rickenbacker- Nope.
Ibanez- The highest end guitars they have.

make a custom guitar for let's say the max 30k, 70k to spend on other stuff :evil:

I would buy MR CHAWI's ESP Truckster James Hetfield.....
then i would buy a descent AMP like MARSHALL....
a couple of BOSS or DIGITECH Effects....
a MONSTER Guitar Cable...., sets of d'Addario strings..
a nice Guitar Strap, Ibanez Grip Wizard Guitar Picks, Dunlop Guitar Polish,
Big Bends Fretboard Juice, Ernie ball power peg winder... :evil:
