uu pre. mukang magandang alternative to sa mt-2. gusto ko to marinig sa personal. sa festival mall 3 pa naman lyric sana meron kahit isa dyan. mukang versatile yung metal 1 and 2. baka itapon mo pa ds2 mo pag meron ka na neto.

Ako gamit ko ngayon Cool Cat Distortion CD-1

Ang lutong ng tunog niya, definitely mas maganda sa DS-1. Partner ng CD-1 ko yung Cool Cat Transparent OD v1. Buti nachempuhan ko non sa Lyric Cubao yung last stock nung CTO v1

ask lang ako ng opinion niyo. Balak ko kasi palitan CD-1 ko for a TOD v2.

The TODs don't have that much gain to be a satisfactory stand-alone dirt pedal. Ok sila for light OD tones or as clean booster. Pero if you want a high gain stand alone dirt pedal, mabibitin ka sa kanila.

ako personal comment ko ah, madali gamitin. pero yung tunog, I say 'okay' but! parang namimili ng amp?

nung nasa freedom kami dati nung sobrand newbie pa namin ( ngaun newbie nalang ) yung tunog sobrang lalim naka todo na ung treble at wala ng bass., :p

ended up selling it.. bleeaaahhh fail ang tunog. hindi ganun ka crisp

I agree to this... the V2 I think is more tranparent and lower in gain than the V1..

but fortunately, Im a fan of having only a hint of overdrive in my playing.. maybe a little more dirt in a few occasions but the Dano CTO V1 is a sure winner for me! thats why I finally bought one!

If I need additional gain, I just use this with the gain channel on my amp.. I thought it would sound terrible because the Fender Frontman's gain channel is terrible... it's good for high gain, melt-your-face, metal, hard rock applications, but I don't find it great in light OD situations which forced me to get a separate OD.. it's a winner for me since the CTO V1 was able to shine through when stacked with the frontman's gain channel... and now the tone is glorius!

woooooh!! got my tod v2 last week.. i haven't tried the v1 pero i've heard that its a good pedal.. noh kayang pinagkaiba ng v1 at v2? sino parehas meron at nkpgcompare na ng pedal nato? just want to know the side of tod v1 users.. kasi ako sa tod v2 ko medyo solve na ko sa glassy sound nya.. pero di ko nga lang masagad yung gain knob kasi parang sasabog na yung tunog medyo ma-mid eh.. pero kasi naman di ko inaadjust yung bass and treble naka 12 o'clock lang ..haha maybe i'll adjust it na lang magssuit sa panglasa ko.. pero pahelp naman sa mga may review about sa versatility ng v2 pagdating sa gain.. kahit mga short advices lang.. salamat!

for me the V2 is a bit more transparent than the V1.. it's more on the low gain side... but still has good tone... I tried both and went for the V1 since it's more suitable sa tugtugan ko.. i might get the V2 just to have both versions...

The Cool Cat Chorus is my very first pedal since I went back to playing guitar. I like the sound aside from the sentimental value

and I also love the weird design
