WiFi-Capable phones.

My phone was stolen yesterday. And now, I'm looking for a phone that is WiFi ready(for twitter/social networking apps).

I'm checking out Cherry Mobile's Q8/9. It's cheap and has WiFi. Not really particular with the brand. I really just need a phone with WiFi capability. Now I'm choosing between the Q9 and the Nokia E63. Whaddaya guys think?

hehe kidding aside, there are a bunch of chinese ripoffs of the iPhone, BB, and Nokia smart phones in the market, and amazingly all of 'em have WIFI capability.

i've tried browsing thru an E63, and it isn't user-friendly. (maybe i just got used to touch screen browsing)

Wala pa kasing CYON MAXX sa 'Pinas eh! Pero meron nung LG BL40 Chocolate phone. Haha.

I can't decide whether I should get a QWERTY or a touchscreen phone eh.

get a touchscreen with a qwerty keypad....inde ka na magaalala baka magfade yung buttons at pumangit ang phone...

wifi, music, camera, touch screen, bluetooth, mass messaging and user friendly

makakahanap ka ng cheap 2nd hands sa tipidcp.com

nakuha ko akin 7k+ lang  :lol:

i've heard really bad things about the nokia xpress music. try looking up for customer reviews. :)

Really? How so? Been reading customer reviews, and they've been giving good reviews about the 5530. Although they always seem to compare it to the 5800(which is understandable).

yun yung hindi maganda sa mga Samsung phones na nasa Php10-15k range..yung interface nya hindi nagfofocus sa ganda ng graphics  :-(

May bago yung Nokia 6760. Very similar sa Corby Pro. Wala nga lang WiFi. It does have 3G though.

im upping this thread for more recommendations.

i need suggestions for a wifi phone, doesnt matter if its just the normal keypad. whats important is the ability to access gmail and my office email (i access it through cpanel  when on the pc). any suggestions? :-) bonus if i can also access hootsuite as well (though not important)

Kung WiFi lang, okay na yung E63. You can get it for as cheap as P6k in http://tipidcp.com. It won't have hootsuite though.

Mas gusto ko nga lang yung E71. Hehe.

oks ang corby, yung 2 utol ko parehas naka Corby, di na nila masyadong pinapansin laptop nila since facebook/email lang naman halos ginagawa nila online. medyo naliliitan lang ako sa screen. it's cute though.

so far ba ok naman? may mga review din kasi at according sa friend ko na meron..may time na hindi nag rerespond yung touch screen.. gusto ko nga din ng corby eh..kaso dahil sa mga nabasa ko nag dadalawang isip ako..

yup, corbys are ok. priced accordingly din. if an iphone/ipod touch touchscreen and os is a 10, i'll give the corby an 8.5 siguro, sorry i'm not good at reviews, pero magandang baseline yung ipod touch, so there.
