iP4s! Haha I guess I'm just biased though..

But I don't think Apple's App Store can be beaten. The selection and support for all the different apps make for a great and unique experience. That, imo, is the iPhone's strongest point. The user experience is just really great. Everythig else is just.. Specs. Things that you'll probably forget about as you spend more time with your phone.

+1 with Teleclem. Although I'm an android user, something bothers me regarding its app selection. I've seen really cool apps that may be bought from Apple store such as Amplitube iRig and Head Shot Pro. I've always wanted to acquire both of these apps to my android but those aren't available yet on the market due to its OS lack of capability. But for simplicity, I'd go with SGII. BTW, proud user of SGA here. :-)

My apogee jam won't work with another kind of phone haha and it can double up for the ipad and laptop.. Especially now that garageband is out for the iphone too, not just ipad/mac.

Nothing special really. Right now I'm really happy with my Samsung Galaxy Ace. Why? It has exceeded my expectations from a mid range android phone. I've got tons of useful stuff right now even though unrooted. I'd give a vote for SGS2 as well. It's more practical for everyday living. :-)

Well, why buy something that's not what you really want? Mahirap buyer's remorse. haha

No need to jailbreak for apps (unless you specifically want some jailbreak-only apps). You can buy iTunes cards here locally.

If you don't mind the size, go for the Galaxy Note 5.3" screen, 1280x800 resolution. Almost same features with SII but with bigger screen and resolution.

Ill go for the galaxy note dn. Worth 40k. Dual core, 8 mp camera, superamoled screen, 5'3" size with one of a kind stylus(even the stylus has a button on it). Android 3.0 system, can be updated to android 4.0 - ice cream sandwich. And no need to jb, because you have the option to allow 3rd party apps -cracked apps, fully paid and downloaded apps. VERY NICE!!!!

- im a previous apple user, now an android user - galaxy tab 7.

I would recommend the Galaxy S II. I have both. I got the IP4S for $1000 open line and the Galaxy SII for $560 with 8 gig micro sd free also open line. I don't even use the IP4s coz all of the apps I use are on my mac air. Also, the galaxy has a brighter/clearer led screen. The only drawback is the SIII is coming out soon.  :-(

Don't have SGS2.. SGA lang. But to answer your question, I haven't rooted it yet. I'll probably do it once official Cyanogenmod for SGA is released. Ngayon kasi BETA version pa lang.. :-D
