saan makikita yun? sa global setting nakalagay lang combo amp, stack etc tsaka direct. nagtry din ako sa audacity, ok pag dry signal. pero pag may effects kahit delay lang medyo sabog yung tunog

Ayun bro gamitin mo yun DIRECT. Solve na yan.  :-)

yep. yung feedback ang isa pang nakakapikon. di ko alam kung saan ang source. palagay ko ang culprit is my crappy single coil pups. i have to turn on the noise gate on my g3. another is the clicks and scratchy sound while recording

Are you on ASIO?  Try to install asio4all to fix latency issues.

If you have amp simulator on and your output is still your amp, it wouldn't sound right.

Hi,

I have a question about guitar rig since I was able to re-install it. Alike pod farm, can I use GR to record directly to my daw?

I mean, GR output goes directly to DAW, I tried earlier but the audio driver stops on the DAW while I have GR on stand alone mode.

Ganun yung standard set up nya e, pero matakaw sa CPU and RAM.
Then, iba-iba yung console for each track kaya medjo nahihirapan ako.

Hi, please help me naman I just bought Samson Co1u, and expecting to get lower white noise or hiss sound but then malakas padin siya.

If SIngle Track lang Record ko, i.e: One track Guitar, another track voice naeedit yung white noise using Reafir plug-ins on Reaper but then pag One Track at vocals with acoustic guitar, nadadamay yung Acoustic Guitar Sound sa paglinis.

Any way po kaya na mapababa or ma-eliminate yung White Noise ng Samson Co1u ko? I mostly record first with webcam while naka plug yung Co1u ine-edit ko nalang yung sound ng video at nilalagay ko yung sound from CO1U kaso nga problem ko pag sabay recording ng vocals at Guitar nadedegrade din yung Guitar Sound Yung vocals lang nalilinis...

Im recording with low input volume from Co1u around 10, I just edit the sound and increase it volume nalang pero ganun padin malakas padin yung White Noise...

Every audio equipment has a degree of noise present. It's just that the more expensive gear are usually designed so that their noisefloor is considerably lower that a majority of consumer equipment.

In most cases, when recording, it is advisable to record at a level that defeats this inherent noise. When audio is recorded at low levels, any gain added afterwards will only increase that inherent noise. Increase your input gain so that you are within -6 to -12 dB of the highest possible peak. This will ensure that any gain increase afterwards will result in minimal noise amplification.

The downside to recording at high levels is that every single squeak, creak, hum, bump and even breathing is also captured. That's why most studios make an effort to control these unwanted sounds, although in some cases, these can add to the character of a recording.

Thanks Sir KitC, mas ok na po yung recording ko now using Samsom Co1U NIlaksan ko yung input niya make it 50 hehehe, then yung white noise nandun padin pero na-lilinis naman po sa Reaper using ReaFir plug in. Thanks po ulit...

Hello! Newbie at recording here :)

I have tried the Behringer USB guitar link (sounds ngongo to me), and Fender Mustang Amp 1 (cant make distortion sounds good).

Not happy with both :) I'd just like to ask which cheap audio interface do you use?

Need to record some guitar parts at home for our album so I'm seriously looking for decent audio interface that wont ruin it haha

@xelly

thanks for the reply..it helps..
kaso after ilang minutes of playback..talagang hinihika na..
thats why decided to sell my unit and stuff and save..

pero wala ba downside un since mixing lang naman..
di naman ako nag rerecord eh...  :

iniisip ko rin ung disk me factor din..
i wonder if SSD drive will really help

I opted for laptop kasi ..mas tipid sa kuryente..
