I joined last Sunday, it was fun though sa 10k nga lang. Finished it at around an hour and 10 minutes ata.
i run regularly... almost every week there's a funrun here in davao. the farthest i've ran was 21K and my legs were cramping really bad on the last 3K lol

ok yan dalawa na yan pre komportable at masarap sa paa. ang problema lang hindi yan mag tatagal kung madalas ka talaga tumakbo at malayo tinatakbo. maupod agad yan lalo na yung air. eto yung ibang ok sa nike. sa new balance madami din matitibay dun at maganda/ di ko lang kabisado mga pangalan..

Though maraming talagang ibang brands na mas maganda or recommened for running. I'm currently using 3 different Nike shoes, namely Nike Free TR, Nike Hyperfuse Max, tsaka Nike Lunar TR. I think these shoes are not that specifically designed for serious running except dun sa Nike Free ata. Pero ok na din ang gande kse eh...
Anyway, na-try ko na yung first 2 shoes and so far, mas naging ok ang performance ko dun sa Nike Free kse it's lighter tsaka sumusunod talaga yung sole niya sa contour ng feet mo especially when running kse malambot yung material niya. Yung Nike Lunar TR, hinde ko pa nagagamit pero I think it's lighter than Nike free. Check ko if I'll be able to perform better if I use this shoe.
Dun sa wala pa, if you guys want to monitor every run you do, lalo na kung gusto mong malaman kung nag-improve ka from your last run, have "sports-tracker" installed in your mobile phones instead of getting other devices that are used to track your running. Free to download naman siya from "

Tsaka hinde lang siya for running, pwede din walking, mountain bike and other sports activities. Basahin nyo na lang other details from the website tsaka after pala installing the application, make sure na always choose cancel when your phone is trying to connect online when you open the application. Parang yun kse yun default setting nung application eh pag i-nopen mo na. Very useful tool, tapos pwede nyo pang i-upload sa FB yung status nung takbo nyo,
