Aki is a band of young minds that plays classics from Blues and Rock and Roll greats: Stevie Ray Vaughn, Led Zeppelin, BB King, to name a few. The band met at the University of the Philippines and are members of other bands, got along, and thought of whipping up a jam session that eventually resulted in the formation of Aki. Since its formation July of 2007, Aki has played gigs at Freedom Bar, Kublai's Katipunan, Club Dredd and around QC.
