i've found gold in the philippines...






it's a '97 tokai "love rock" '56 copy LP, all stock, in very good condition, hehe.
finally back in the club, hehe.

Yes, brader.  Naawa lang ata sa akin si Chimp kasi I kept saying na I'll only sell my PS-3 to him if I'll just add cash... for this!  ;-)   I guess the 'unspoken rule' about 'blues braders' who deal works in this case too -- if I ever sell it, siya rin ang 1st option.

its incredible.  its been tempting me actually for so long, but I always said to myself that I have my Yammie LP na, I don't need another LP.

but I after a few gigs doing Ozzy covers, I really dig the LP na.  But, I had to test it of course..and Alex..he was gracious.  After testing it, I took it home na.  Its really beautiful.  Its warm.  I like the neck.  It's not as thin as he described.  "Sol" was thinner..ala 60s neck.

gotta save up for some gold hardware.
