Hello folks of Pinoydrums !

I just want to announce that we have just finished developing and testing the scalarizer variant suited for drums.

The scalarizer, originally invented as a tone upgrade for electric guitar, has now been adapted for bass, microphones, and now for drumsets.

The cylindrical, firecracker-looking device with the round ceramic transducer is the scalarizer.

di nauubusan ng gamit yan. if it vibrates, this will enhance the vibes. heck you could put one on right before having sex for mucho satisfying vibrations for the ladies.

I'm going to quiapo this morning to buy some things. Isasabay ko na yung pagbili ng mumurahing vibrator, scalarize ko. No kidding man !

In theory kasi...basta basta. Baka mag-orgasm ang partner in 5 seconds or less.

meron po ba kayong audio clips nung with and without scalarizer dun sa drums? para po sa mga katulad ko na hindi makakarating dyan sa inyo para matesting...

Ala nang before sir e.

Liquid Nails yung glue na ginamit namin, it's very permanent.

But to give you an idea, the kit is an SX drumset...cheapest of the lot at JB. Cymbals are Sabian B8 Student edition.

Una kala ko for electronic drums, kasi it makes sense.

Tapos kala ko joke, kasi sa acoustic drums nakakabit.

Tapos kala ko seryoso pala, malay ko ba kung naka-mic yung drums.

Tapos ngayon, nalilito na ako.

more than 1 month ago.....before twas installed... i was changing the heads of the snare, i then ask BAMF if can i try the acoustic scalarizer on it. After I installed the heads I then attached by just holding the acoustic scalarizer while im pounding the snare... WHOAH.. its subtle but it reacts to the resonance. If the sound snare sounds like it was everywhere it then became more round and the sound became more focus on one path.

yeah the best yan to try it personally but i think sunday is rest day for BAMFX/PIMP Studios

maririnig po ba yung effect nung scalarizer "acoustically" or kinoconvert nya into electrical signals tapos yung electrical signals then pag natranslate un into and audio signal ung signal na yun ang maganda ang tunog? para po bang transducer yan? paano nya namo-modify ung sound/acoustical sound nung drums?

sayang, hindi ako makakapunta. Dun sa mga pupunta, pa-describe na lang po kung ano yung nangyari sa sound and paano nagawa).

no electrical signals need to hear the effect of the scalarizer. No its not like the transducer. re: how the sound was modified ... it sounds like the SX Drumkit shells are more thicker ..... haaaay ang hirap iexplain... better hear it for yourself

Eyyy anytime you're ready Bos Jim ! Dating gawi, on a friday night ? Tamang-tama, off ni anton ang fridays.

Last night in-audition namin ulit. Okay na halos lahat ng shells except the Kick drum, which still sounded too "boomy". So I prepared another acoustic scalarizer to install on it. Will know the results by tonight when I get to the shop. Honga...masyado sya malaki to be handled by just one scalarizer.

If you want, you can consider holding the mini-EB at PIMP/BAMFx. There's a studio there, lots of space for parking, I love the atmosphere there. Pot luck na lang, parang camping tayo.

I'll just buy more chairs.
