Haha nasa gitna na ako ng obesity line ko according the BMI index.

Mahigit 2 years na kong walang workout. I still have the arms pero grabe na yung taba ng tyan ko.

Makahanap na ng home gyn equipment tsaka trx haha

    I mean, yung mga jog in place, ok lang ba? o mas ok na tumakbo talaga,
    Busy kasi ako sa work lagi, kaya di ko magawa mag gym,

    kaya naisip ko mag exercise kasi napansin ko ang dali kong mapagod..

Ok lang yun lalo na kung may mahahanap ka na intense cardio workout plan na hindi nagrerequire ng malaking space. O kaya hanap ka ng cardio workout na may nakahalong burpees, lakas maka hilo nun hehe

Tindi pre. 3 months bago ko inabot yan hehe

4 months ako paps :D
and 2 sets lang yung 330lbs

start ako ng 170 then +40 every set.. every increase ng weight bawas ako repetition ng 10 from 50..
50 to 10 then 10 to 50 reps. 45sec rest every set

edit.. ndi pa gnun kalaki yung legs ko pero may improvement na sya since nag start ako nung january

di ko pa nata-try yan pre pero may ka-gym ako dati na ganyan program. light day yung tawag nya pag puro light weights tapos kinabukasan puro heavy.

I see, salamat madami boss  :-D.. next week ko pa kasi makikita yung instructor na nag bigay saken. and ang payo nya lang is i monitor yung timbang sa heavy programs..
nakalimutan ko naman itanong yung light  :eek:

boss marziiii, dapat ba ko mag worry? I lost almost 3kgs in less than 2 weeks.
Simula nung nabago program ko at simula nung bumalik ako sa pag take ng coffee.. I'm also doing abs workout at night..
kung mag tutuloy tuloy pag bagsak ng timbang ko til next week.. mag papa checkup na ko..

have you checked with your trainer? baka yung intensity ng workouts nyo eh puro lightweights ang gamit. you should be bulking up kung pabigat ng pabigat ang buhat mo.

and yes, get yourself checked.

un nga e. naka usap ko na trainer, sabi nya dahil sa abs workout ko kada gabi yung dahilan ng pag bagsak ng timbang ko.. which is yep effective nga sya..
malaki nabawas sa taba sa tagiliran at tiyan ko. advice nya na morning ko gawin un or itigil muna until ma kuha ko target ko na weight.
dun naman sa program nya.. intense workout sya.. less rep and heavy program binigay nya..
pero pag nag tuloy tuloy padin to mag pa check padin ako..

How intense is your ab workout? Kung yan yung tipong maraming workouts per set at tagaktak ang pawis mo, sama mo pa yung diet mo, hindi nakakapag taka na mag lose ka ng malaki.
