How intense is your ab workout? Kung yan yung tipong maraming workouts per set at tagaktak ang pawis mo, sama mo pa yung diet mo, hindi nakakapag taka na mag lose ka ng malaki.

9 workouts, 4 sets each.. itinigil ko na muna.. baka kung anu mangyare saken.. sa ngayon ndi na bumababa timbang ko..
para akong naliligo sa pawis kada tapos ko gawin un.

Lol parang obvious na dahilan yung ab workout mo kaya ganyan ka mag shed ng weight pre. Ok lang ituloy mo pero bawasan mo siguro kahit 1 set.

isinusundot ko yung traps workouts sa shoulder o back workouts. basta may exercise na sya ang secondary muscle na tatamaan, prep ako ng ez curl bar for upright rows.

lumiit na nga traps pre. dati ramdam na ramdam ko naiipit leeg ko sa traps. tsaka yung braso tama lang, may laman at may korte.

Ako mukhang titigil muna dahil napupunta sa anak ko yun dating oras ng workout ko. Currently lost 10 lbs. for the past 2 weeks. Nanghihinayang lang ako sa na-gain kong lakas.

May gamit din ako sa bahay kaso baka magising lang baby ko sa kalansing ng plates. Tsaka baka at the middle ng workout, biglang umiyak at magpakarga. Hassle eh. Antayin ko na lang na lumaki laki sya at saka ako magreresume.

Anyone here who lifts weights, but doesn't drink any protein supplements? Iniisip ko kasi uminom ng protein supplement for faster results. Ayoko lang magbuff up. Just lean and muscular sana. Although I can see improvements sa strength naman.

Ako paps. Kaso 6months palang ako..
wala pa ko plano mag take ng supplements,
nakikita ko pa naman improvements and currently puro white meat kinakain ko
