yeah ok din dyan sa Whey King. may 3 branches yan yang Q Ave na yata pinakamalapit sayo. pwede ka din magpa deliver kung tinatamad ka pumunta mismo sa shop. like mo page nila sa FB.

panalo lasa nyan ON Gold Standard Whey. check mo kung meron pa sila nung double chocolate, saraaaap! pag wala ok na yung simpleng choco flavor. best tasting whey protein ive had.

kung gusto mo makatipid, pinaka mura na yung Pro Matrix 7 hehehe. made in india. ang daming kanto gymgoers na tumitira nun. 5lbs for Php1500, san ka pa?

Pwede pala magpadeliver eh. I'm gonna check that out. Thanks!

Balak ko sana sa ON Gold Standard yung Vanilla Ice Cream or French Vanilla Creme. Mas mahilig ako sa maputi eh. lels.  Tapos pag asa locker na ako, daming umiinom ng chocolate. Dati akala ko parang Milo lang. Nung naopen ako sa mga supplements, naintindihan ko na. :lol:

^yes pre. minsan nakikita ko mga celebs dine-deliveran nila sa FB feed ko so legit talaga. yun lang, dont expect na makakamura ka. sana lang di sila kapresyo ng GNC hahaha

Ask ko lang how much Whey Protein do I need to take?

basta inom ka lang pre. follow the instructions on the canister/bag/box. ok lang kung during o post workout. may explanation online, you have take this x grams of protein per pound(your weight) pero i find it uneconomical dahil gagawin mong main source ng body fluid yung whey drink araw araw. thats about 2-3 servings with 4-5 scoops per serving. wala pang 20 days ubos na 5lbs pack mo.

minsan nga may wifi(baktol) yung nauna sa akin sa machine na preacher curls bench. pag upo ko pucha amoy na amoy yung naiwang wifi(baktol) hindi pa pinunasan. nakapanghihina.

Eto turo sakin last night ng friend ko. 1 scoop per serving.

Buhat days: morning, pre-workout, after workout, before sleep
Rest days: breakfast, lunch, dinner

What do you guys think?

parang kulang pre eh. sobrang tipid ng 1scoop per serving. di ba 5 scoops per some ml ng water yung imi-mix mo yung 1 serving? siguro kahit bawasan mo na lang 1 scoop kung gusto mo makarami. tapos drink during-after workout.

Ang nakalagay kasi dun sa instructions 1 scoop per 8 to 10 oz. of water. And then ang sinuggest sakin nung trainer na kakilala ko kahit after workout na lang yung whey (then casein before I sleep if may extrang budget). Kasi pag ginawa ko daw yung suggestion above, mauubos agad yung whey ko. Kaya every after workout na lang ako umiinom.

Yes. Actually, first time kong gamitin yung shaker bottle ko kanina. Holds up to 700mL / 24oz. Regardless of my size ba, I still need to take more than 1 scoop of whey? Kasi yun din naiisip ko - since maliit naman ako, di ko kailangan magtake ng as much protein as other (taller) people do. Not sure if tama yung conception ko, pero I try to take first hand suggestion naman from the people at the gym and from here.

Totoo ngang malaki epekto ng puyat.
2 weeks na ko ndi nakaka tulog ng ayos. Mabilis ako ma drain at mag fatigue muscle.
Kahit 100lbs hirap na ko ngayon sa 12 x 4 sets.

I try to change my sleeping habits. Dati kasi madalas ako magpuyat. Parang pinanindigan ko yung sleep is for the weak. Ngayon, no sleep makes one weak.

Sad to say, mukang totoo ang sinasabing mas malala ang balik ng bisyo pag relapse. When i stopped running and going to the gym, grabe yosihan ko. Parang naka recover kasi baga ko ng maigi kaya ayun parang hindi ako tinatalaban ng damages ng yosi. Ngayon nasa cutting down stages na ulit ako. Oras na lang talaga ang wala para makabalik ako sa kahit ano dun sa dalawang binanggit kong exercises.
