dial-up po ba sir ang gamit nyo? if yes, try to upgrade your bandwidth at least 128kbps. if no. try nyo msn messenger.
I use Skype for free PC to PC calls, audio fidelity is much better than YM --- also use this for calling US landlines and mobile numbers (you need to prepay 10 euros for this service though) which costs 2 cents a minute.

tama nga ang hinala ko. kasi nag download ako ng skype.. tapos nung ininstall ko na at gumawa na ako ng acct. nung nag sign in sinabi na naka block daw. ayun sabi na nga ba naka block dito sa dubai yung mga ganyan., bad trip..
