Naka Windows XP or 2000 ka ba? Makikita mo ron yung pampili ng preferred audio device for recording, playback, at MIDI music playback.

Go to Devices > Device Setup > VST Multitrack and set it to use Zoom asio drivers or something.

EDIT: Aack! I downloaded the manual and just found out that your G2 uses multimedia drivers. Since that's the case, greasykid is right in recommending to change the default soundcard to "USB Audio CODEC". Try to adjust for the lowest possible latency na lang; find the setting where dropouts don't occur. Although not indicated, I assume the G2 is usb 1.1; make sure nakakabit sya directly to a usb port - don't use a hub.

If you were expecting to hear your playing thru your PC speakers, change the playback device back to your soundcard.  Pero di pwede real time monitoring dahil sobrang tagal ng delay (or latency, tama ba?).  Pag tumugtog ka ng nota, after a few moments pa lalabas yung tunog sa PC speakers.

Kung gusto mo marinig gitara mo in real time, no choice but to plug the G2 to your guitar amp.
