Might be the recording but I think Guthrie's tone sucked in the earlier part... Gotten better at around 4 mins onwards, though..

Yup. I think there's something wrong with his patch cables that's why he sounds muddy. But anything after the restoration, ala na, bumawi na si GG. This was taken after his shot daw with guitar mag on his demo of his second guitar.

Sa tingin ko naman it's only for the SW tour. Pretty unusual din for him to keep that many modulations for an Aristocrats gig. But who knows?  :)

Kahit clean tone, nag she-shred tong animal na to. :-P

One of the best.

Smoke on the water ata yung kanta. Pinataunog nya na parang nagsasalitang robot nya yung guitar niya. Kewl!

Look up Guthrie in team mode on Steven Wilson's new album The Raven That Refused To Sing. He's also on Steven's touring band right now.

Here's something we don't see everyday.

Guthrie with a Jazzmaster!

First time i saw Guthrie playing a Gibson SG, Les Paul, ES 335 and a Fender Tele. Quite refreshing. Nice overall video about vintage guitars too!

Finally! Available na!

Not liking the bridge at all  :-(  Maybe an Ibanez SynchroniZR bridge would look good on his Charvel.
