syempre situps at leg raise.... marame kaseng di may alam ng leg raise kala nila puro situps lang di nila alam sit-ups for upper abs leg raise for lower abs....kaya to lose that beer belly bro I suggest do both exercise......

kung tinatamad ka naman pwedeng paunti unti lang example 6 reps ,3 set lang 3 beses sa isang linggo tapos magiincrease yung reps sa ika 3rd week kase tinetrain mo rin yung utak mo na wag maging tamad ......
ikaw nang bahala.... tignan mo nalang pag may progress  ka naman maaadict kana... gaya ko ,date akong addcict mag workout.... 8-)

i found a better way to do crunches in google...

try searchin...

a popular but false belief. spot fat reduction does not work. in order to reduce your beer belly, you have to do the following: not drink as much beer and work out with cardio, alternating strength and cardio days throughout the week. it also helps to space out your meals from big 3 meal portions to 5-6 smaller meals which keeps your metabolism going longer, thus burning fat better and keeping your body from storing it further.

situps and legraises will tone and strengthen your abs but in order for it to show, your body fat needs to be between 8-13%. this varies from person to person and some might start showing the 6 pack at 15%. mine started showing at 11% pero matankad ako (6'1.5") and it takes my muscles longer to tone and build up in mass since they are longer.

crunches mas better... may mga muscles kasi na nafoforce to work pag sit-ups which is masakit diba??
tapos mas nagiging wild pa sila kase feeling nila dominant sila na parang "i-wil devour you"

D lang BEER ang cause ng "Beer Belly".

Actually aside from bodyfat, mga cholesterol deposits sa intestines natin ang nagpapalaki ng tiyan.

Dati  38 inches ang waist ko. Then nag-enroll ako sa gym. After 2 years, I gained muscles, lost about 8% of bodyfat (I used skinfold caliper to measure this). Pati mukha ko pumayat. Pero may "tyan" pa rin at 35 inches.

Then I took fiber supplementations, along with oatmeal sa morning. Then I noticed lumiit ang tyan ko in just 3 months. Nabawasan p nga ang pag-gym ko kc busy sa work nung time na iyon.

Fiber cleanses the digestive system. And lowers blood cholesterol.
I take "Fibermate". 16pp lang sa mercury. You can take it 3x a week.

But don't overdo it. 


Kaya aside from diet and exercise, kailangan iwasan natin ang mga fatty foods.

all research I made came to conclude na kailangan matagtag itong spare tire ko para mabawasan.. so I go run every morning.. (like boxers do)

dere-deretcho yun for 1 hour (4:30 to 5:30am) tapos jump ropes for 30 more minutes.. tapos deretcho sa basketball court..

I just started this 2 weeks ago.. kapag naramdaman kong mag pagbabago..

I'll do weights again.. hehehe

yun lang...kelangan talaga may cardio workout ka...

ako walang problema dun since pag pauwi na ako eh ang haba ng nilalakaran ko...isama mo na yung mga stairs ng mrt na talagang solid sa taas!

tapos pag uwi crunches na lang...na may neoprene waist belt hehehee...para pawisan talaga...

proper diet and cardio exercise.. diet doesn't mean skipping meals though.. proper balanced meal lang and take it by portions.. try to spread it by small portions all throughout the day... heavy but healthy breakfast is also good.

dati pumayat ako ng malaki by playing basketball everyday and not eating any junk foods. buong summer vacation ko yun ginawa and it really worked. kaya lang di nagtagal after classes resumed, ginanahan na ulit akong kumain at tinamad mag-exercise, kaya ayun tumaba na naman. :lol:

nung highschool stud pa ako

maganda talaga build ng katawan ko but when i stop doing my routines nung college ayun biglang naging 38 waistline...

here is my routine noong highschool ako:

everyday

6:30am - 7:30am basketball <-- bago mag morning assembly
12:00pm-1:00pm basketball

MWF
4:00pm - 6:00pm football practice <---
T-Th - Sat.
4:00pm - 6:00pm work out sa gym
