Yes...For PA system or Power amp with FRFR Speaker use Line/Phone and cab sim to emulate guitar preamp and cab sounding through PA. Now if you're using Guitar amp its up to you what route or output select and whether you like to use or not the cab sim just remember only the Line/Phone output option enable the cab sim. You can break the rule and there's no rule here, what sounds good defintely its best.

thanks on the new info about this one. im not really familiar with using boss gt-10 on live. since im mostly a bedroom guitarist. ibig sabihin kahit hindi na ikabit sa amp yung gt-10 at diretso sa PA ng bar? paano yun, sorry noob ako.

ganun na nga yun pre. may narinig ako na mas maganda tunog ng gt-10 pag naka rekta sa PA... kay inkslingerx ko ata narinig yun.

wow ok to, pero sa totoo lang hindi pa ako familiar sa mga PA systems kasi pag nanonood ako akala ko lahat galing sa amp. pwede palang hindi. so ang usual pala na nakikita ko ay amp tapos may nakatapat na mic sa amp, ganun ba? so good news yung gt-10 pwede diretso sa PA ok to, e di isang cable lang ang dala dapat tapos gt-10 then connect sa PA to avoid crappy amps on the stage? good news

our comrade rogeryu has a local version of the harmonic converger, it can kill the fizz out of the unit. he calls it DEC stomp. if i got it right, im the first one to try it out and instantly i was blown away, i called mine the STEROID. thats what it does to the GT10... I think a few guys here in the forum ordered from him, tapslore and blackdogg i think... if you guys are near las pinas area you can check it out sa bahay nila. kung punta kau pm nyo ako, tagay tau dun.. ok lang pre roger di ba?

It enhances the sim modeler which gave out the true flavour and analog sound plus clean out the fizz at the same time  The original concept was reverse engineered by Bajaman and I refine mine with my own circuit design and modification plus component value that would suit the GT1

Ok once and for all, I can not comment on HC co'z I don't have a unit to compare both. All I can say DEC enhances the digital modeller into analog sounding and definitely remove the FIZZ artifacts and this is what the HC say it does. I would be glad to have one HC or someone who has HC unit to borrow so I could compare them both side to side then do some more modification if needed but eventually I only got several HC demo sound clips and those sound clips may not reveal or capture totally the sonic fingerprint of the HC due to MP3 or recording compression just as the same when I do recording demo using DEC, it so difficult to capture those into demo clip but has some little success so far on some clip and this is why I always recommend to test hear it personally yourself.. I can only assure and surely say DEC does the job well also you can ask those who have experience it.
