ron kenoly's albums where the first albums i listened to and paul was his guitar player. i've been hooked ever since, even following him on his American Idol gig (the later seasons kinda suck though, since the band was hidden )

madaming magagaling na gitarista ngaun sa mundo pero iba pa din si steve vai para sa akin.... why???

- kahit hindi sya kasing technical nila gilbert, malmsteen, romeo, cooley, huli n man nya ung emotions mo with songs like " For the love of God, Whispering a prayer, tender surrender. for me un lang busog na eh.

ung iba kasi shred lang talaga.

+100 ung boto kay marty friedman!! maganda gumawa ng mga linya, tsaka exotic pakinggan!

hmm.. i think mr. Vai is as technical as they are.

IMO, everyone who gets to tour as part of G3 is technical enough.
by the way what do you consider as technical in terms of guitar playing? my standards might be different.

well, lumaki ako sa music ng 'Heads at 'Maya..
not as technical as other local and foreign guitarists pero they created simple yet infectious riffs..
nagbabanda ako nang dahil sa kanila.. kaya siguro hindi din ako marunong mag-shred... hahahah!!!

and there was yngwie, gilber, satriani, vai, michael angelo, michael romeo etc...
