i don't know pero di ako naniniwala dyan sa looking for a gym buddy or excercise amigas  just to motivate you to excercise i think it's BS!!! it will not serve your purpose to lose weight or to discipline yourself not to eat a lot! baka pa nga pag nagkatamaran na pumunta sa gym pati ikaw umayaw na rin. yung iba pupunta lang sa gym para mag chikahan  :eek: maganda talaga mag solo flight ka!

thats the problem with musicians..musicians are known to be the introvert type. nahihiyang magtanong, di palausap pag nasa labas ng comfort zone nya..i know a lot of musicians who dread the thought of going to gyms alone dahil una nahihiya silang magtanong kung pano yung mga ganito at ganon at iniisip nila na baka walang tumulong sa kanila..

the solution is, enroll your @ss to the gym..go home and do your research(or check the Gymaholics thread here)..tapos bumalik ka dun, do your workout and finish them all within an hour..rest and go home..

totoo lang yan kung gym buddy mo walang kwenta ... tamad, mahilig kumain, walang goals... hindi gym buddy tawag dyan - deadweight yan lol

yung totoong gym buddy, yun yung nakaka motivate at kahit papaano, may friendly competition kayo, so you stick to your goals and keep each other motivated.

^ But if you are doing weights, you shouldn't look at that chart. Otherwise, you'd be overweight most of the time because of your muscle mass

I think a better gauge would be to check on your body fat % .... less than 10% BF should be the goal if you want to look lean (undressed)

This. My best gym sessions were with a gym buddy. Ang laking tulong nung spotter para makapagbuhat ka ng more reps / more weights, and mas nakaka-motivate din yun kasi you are trying to compete mentally and physically with your buddy. Kapag walang gym buddy, para akong nagbabasketball ng magisa...

Baka naman kasi iba yung gusto ng gym buddy mo kaya tamad.. binab@kla ka lang siguro nun kaya sama ng sama sa iyo saka sa ibang lugar umii-spot LMAO

damn i am 5 to 15 kg's underweight.

most people i know are trying to lose weight, i am trying to gain it. its hard din.
especially with the food. pag hindi ako nag eexercise, ang hina ko din kumain.

i was searching for "easy morning exercise" last night at youtube.
and this showed up:


then i did it this afternoon. i felt nauseous and felt like throwing up around after 80% of the routine.

5'3 ako pero nasa 65 kilos ako... ang hirap mag diet talaga e... pero pagkatapos ko kumain nagsisis naman ako bakit ako kumain ng madami..
