wow wala pang replies. hehe. hale siguro. at some point nakuha din ng attention ko yung music ng hale way back 2005. di ko kasi trip callalily e. although two songs pa lang yata naririnig ko sa kanila.. di ko pa rin gusto. para sakin masyadong madali intindihin yung lyrics nila yung tipong di mo pa naririnig yung kasunod na lyrics alam mo na kagad na 'yun na yun'. At more of like cueshe sila, although mas rock yung tunog nila at hindi pare pareho. And lastly, nabasa ko kasi sa isang thread dito sa pmusic na mayayabang members nila. hehe.

kung ako ang papipiliin between hale and callalily, i'd choose hale. mtv pa lang ng callalily alam mo na agad na mayayabang eh.

strangely, people think maangas at mayayabang sila. theyre some of the nicest people ive ever worked with. very down to earth, very open to suggestions.  theyre a bunch of sweet boys who work very hard to excel.

i'd have to agree, but only to an extent. :-D one of them i've unfortunately caught red-handed.

I remember one time nasa bus ako when i first heard "the day you said goodnight", I was thinking it was a foreign band and I said "ano kayang banda to? Ang galing ng songwriter!" to myself. Nagulat pa ako when the DJ said the artist was Hale ;-)



Lagi ko noon nakakasama sila lem,aaron at alden ng callalilly s mayrics noon nag aaral pa ko s uste conservatory. IMHO, medyo straightforward kasi magsalita si lem (drummer) at aaron (bassist) kaya siguro napapagkamalan na mayabang pro theyre nice IMO, lalo na si Alden who is my colleague.Were both fan of the barpins band. Haha

good ole mayrics days. Nakakamiss hahaha

grabe mga kanta ng hale eh,maganda talaga lalo na 1st album.LSS pa kami dun sa "leap of faith".  :-D

mga bass players gustong gusto si sheldon....pakinggan niyo mga bassparts niya sa broken sonnet or the day you said goodnyt....Puro bass Harmonics mga kantang yun!

Astig din ang TREEHOUSE  production ng Hale na tumutulong sa mga charities at indie bands...marami sila natutulungan.volunteer kayo,may charity work ata every month eh.

about sa callalily naman,Mababait sila.seryoso.

Bandmate ko rin kasi si Alden (lefty guitarist)sa project band namin. Drummer talaga siya sa totoong buhay.Percussion major sa Ust Conservatory:-D

marami nayayabangan sa kanya at yun lagi kinakagulat ng lahat ng nakakakilala sa kanya,siguro kasi Englisero pero kasi di naman siya lumaki dito sa pinas pero hindi siya rockstar. sumasakay pa nga kami ng jeep hanggang ngayon eh.


basta masasabi ko...respeto lang.Mabubuting tao mga yan,kaibigan ko.Isa pa Di natin alam kung nandito lang sila sa paligid.peace
