    Hi po sa masters ng Pro. Audio. This amp has an output power of 750W @ 8ohms per channel / 1100W @4 ohms per channel. I'm planning to hook up 2 nos. P. Audio E18-400s per channel in parallel connection. The P audio E18-400s speaker  can handle nominal power 400W (AES) @ 8 ohms.

    Thanks.

Sakto lng yung amp mo sir it is recommended to use an amp that is 1.5 - 2 x rms rating of your speakers just make sure you don't clip the amp more to often eto kasi yung cause sa pag thermal ng speakers

@ Sir Mixx

Thanks a lot

Dear All PRO-SOUND enthusiasts,

Thanx.

Eto po yung specs ng amplifier.

3100 Watts @ 4 Ω bridged mono
2 x 1800 Watts @ 2 Ω; 2 x 670 Watts @ 8 Ω
Convenient front-panel level controls
High-visibility LEDs indicate clipping and protection
Switchable 30 Hz low-cut filter
Balanced 1/4" and XLR inputs
Speakon and binding post outputs

Sir,

Im planning to set-up two 15" and two 18" subwoofer, then two 12" instrumental midrange, and two horn tweeters.

What would be the suggested good specs/wattage of speakers and amplifiers for these combination?

2 x 575W @ 8 Ohms;
2 x 750W @ 4 Ohms;
2 x 1400W @ 2 Ohms;
1 x 1500W @ 8 Ohms Bridged Mono;
1 x 2500W @ 4 Ohms Bridged Mono;

2. Dalawang 250w/continuous power (kung may live band) to 300w/continuous power (kung walang live band) na speaker na may 8ohms impedance bawat isa, connected in parallel.
4. (Not encouraged) Apat na 200w/continuous power (kung may live band) to 250w/continuous power (kung walang live band) na speaker na may 8ohms impedance bawat isa, connected in parallel.

Kung sa subwoofer mo sya gagamitin, I suggest mag-bridge mode kayo para madaling mapagana ang 1 or 2 8-0hm subwoofer na may 800w continuous power.

Essentially, it's always a battle of wattage between the speakers and the amplifiers. As much as possible dapat mas malaki ang power ng amplifier keysa sa speaker.

Sabi pa nga po, a well-made (aka branded) speaker can withstand an amp that has 20 times its power. :lol:

Note to our masters: Please feel free to correct me if may mali sa nasulat ko.

PS. Mahaba po ako mag-post kapag nagpapaantok. LOL!

Hi guys!

Anybody here using Labgruppen FP1000 clone from china? I am planning to buy 1, so tempting price? Is this ok for the subwoofer? According to the supplier the perfomance is almost the same with the authentic LG.  thanks.

thank you so much for the reply Sir Skyjammer for the very good info.

Another question pa po sir.  Please correct me if i'm wrong sir. Possible ba maglagay ng 800 watts 8 ohms speaker per channel on stereo mode.

Kakayanin po ba ng Alto Mac 2.4 which is 575 watts @ 8 ohms per channel on stereo mode?

 :?

For me, compressors, limiters and gates are like the kidney and liver of the PA system. Maigi din po kung iiklian mo ang speaker cables from amp to speakers.

Sa case mo po, I suggest mag-bridge mode na lang kayo tapos connect in parallel ang 2 800w, 8ohm speakers mo to make a 4-ohm, 1600w speakers. That way, you're only 60w shy from achieving 1.6:1 amp to speaker power ratio. Magiging mono nga lang po ang sound mo kahit ilagay mo yung speakers left and right, but seriously, who requires true stereo setup pa nowadays? LOL! Tsaka ang kadalasang clients po ngayon ang alam nilang "stereo" ay yung may speakers sa left and right but not necessarily the true concept of stereo. And you can't tell them they're wrong because "The customer is either King or always right!" :)

Hope I'm making sense. If you have further questions and I happen to know the answer I'd be glad to respond.  :wink:

Sir,
I purchased a pair of Crown JH-159 speakers that i will use for subwoofer. I'm confused.

Also, mga masters anu po pwede niyo masuggest na speaker wattage for a 12" MID and Horn Type HIGH in combination with my 15" JH-159 subwoofer??

Sorry sir newb question. Saan ninyo nabili ito and magkano?
