have you seen the power saver max device being demo'd at the DIY shop in galleria (and probably other branches)? does this thing work? they setup a light, a couple of outlets, and a washing machine motor hooked up to a measuring device to show how the device affects electricity consumption. according to the box, the device recycles wasted electricity, and you only have to connect it to one outlet to affect the whole house. it's supposed to cut your meralco bill by about 20%.
do you think this actually works?
