yung boiled eggs ko, hindi siya hardboiled. ginagawa ko yung Ramen Style Lava Eggs para kunwari "treat" yung kinakain ko.
para maalis sa utak ko na diet yung ginagawa ko.
sa food naman, mga tipong curry rubbed chicken tapos pan fry in oil. or pritong tilapia.
ang mahirap is pinoy food like adobo tapos walang kanin. yun tlaga mejo torture. other than that very doable siya.
believe me, sobrang mahal ko ang kanin. di rin ako makapaniwala na naicontrol ko rice intake ko.
sa sobrang mahal ko ang rice, kaya ko 4 piece nuggets tapos 5 rice. hahaha
as I've said, yung first 2 weeks ang sobrang grueling. as in para kang kawawa. pero ang pangontra naman dun is kakain ka ng protein.
dun mo marerealize na, "ay, di pala ako gutom. craving lang for sugar". so maddifferentiate mo yung time na talgang gutom ka, or kung natatakaw mata ka lang. pag nadifferentiate mo na yun, mabubuild mo na yung discipline kung kelan ka tlaga dapat kakain. by that, madedecrease mo rin yung calories in mo.
ang carb kasi or sugars, will trick you into eating more. on a hormones standpoint kasi, sugar stimulates pleasure hormones so in a way nakakaaddict talaga siya. regardless if you're hungry or not, when you are addicted to something like sugar, you will take in sugar just to satiate the addiction.
when you get past the withdrawal phase of the sugar/carb addiction, that's when the diet will seem natural to you and hindi ka na feeling deprived.
its going to be a second nature to you and marerealize mo kung gano ka mali yung kinakain mo dati.
