guys gamit ko ngayon podxtlive, gitara ko ybanez pgm 100 and epi sg special ok naman tunog nya...

thru experience compatible sya to any marshall amps talaga...

post kayo dito guys on how you deal with the pod on its capabality on sounding and kung contented ba kayo (guitarist/bassist) on recording and live gigs and panu nyo tinimpla mga pods nyo salamat kip on rocking mga senior!!! ... :-D

The XTL.... so many possibilities to do. :roll: I send the POD output to the effects return and set the output to "combo pwramp" to get the best tone. then spend time rolling your own. tweak lang ng tweak ika nga.. If your amplifier has no effects loop you have it setup with "Dest" being a "Combo Front" and plugged into the front of the amp, set the amplifier's EQ as "flat" as possible by turning the treble and bass controls to zero and maxing out the mid control to avoid stacking two preamps. as a "stomp box" of sorts for fx and cleans ubra din if you turn off the amp modeling. as there are a million and one things to do with the XTL, to read the manual and explore the many amp,cab,fx and mic placement options. :wink:

Hope this helps to get you started.. I am still pretty new to the behemoth known as the POD XT Live..  mismo! :-D

here's mine..

I also tried having using my podxt live for modulation only. My main dirt is Kali Krunch. No tone suck. More possibilities pa kung you use the cabinet models tsaka EQ of the POD sabay external distortion.

As for me, I'm still in the honeymoon stage with my XTL.  There's a ton of possibilities with this baby. But for now, I use it for modulations and eq together with my 3 in 1 stomp.

I will give an update once I've explored its full capabilities.  :evil:

Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with this thing. :-)

got some more ideas on how to tweak XLT na nakalap from you guys...

as for me, trip kong paglaruan yung tube stomp nun... ganda pang adlib labas yung mid eq nya and solid with a bit of a dirty crank

pati clean sound ko gamit ko padin yung tube stomp

heres some of my settings according to what sound im using right now from XTL

clean tone:
amp 9: line 6 aco 2
cab 13: 2x12 jazz
stomp: fx- tube drive

lead disto (can use for rythm, adlib,)
amp 6: spinal puppet
cab 22: 4x12 treadplate
stomp: fx-tube drive

ive been using this patches and it works!

try it for yourselves guys if you like...

until now im still tweaking my XTL till the last drop... :-D

I use a compressor for more like Petrucci clean. Try it if you want.

Petrucci clean is not complete with the sine chorus. Another thing, I don't use any amp nor cab with clean. Just sine chorus, comp, stereo delay na sobrang ikli and reverb.

Para sa akin sir di naman lubog kapag walang clean amp. Masbuhay pa kung walang clean amp. Hopefully makapagpost din ako ng soundclip in the near future. :-o

Lakasan mo ung bypass volume. Mas gusto ko parin kasi ang amp na ginagamit kaysa amp model na clean.

Mga sir may narinig ako the best daw ang XT Live sa Keyboards or bass amp? Ano masasabi nyo? Kung sakaling merong gumagamit dito ng Keyboards or bass amp sa XT Live ano setting nyo? Ano Output mode nyo? :-D

Kinabit ko sa bass amp yung XTL tapos yung switch nakalagay sa LINE tapos yung output mode is STUDIO DIRECT. Solve naman yung tunog. Ganito rin ba dapat ang setting kapag keyboard amp ang gamit ko or may masOK na settings? Comment nalang kayo mga sir.  :-)

Sir di ba benta mo na XTL mo? :? :lol:

depende din siguro sa guitara na gamit senior...

ang output mode system ko naka set sa stack amp power

wala akong ibang gamit na individual stompbox yun XLT ko lang pinapagana ko

post ka ng sound clip sir pra masaya :-D
