HELP GETTING A DISTORTION AND OD

I'd go for the Shredhead and the TS9 clone. Not too expensive but really good quality(in terms of sound and build). Plus, I really like the shredhead, very versatile and dynamic. Then pair it with a booster like a TS9 and you're all set

What kind of tone are you gong for? How do plan to use the pedal?
....but to pick one from the choices you gave, i'd go for the BB preamp.
Yet again, it really depends on what you're looking for.

hmm.. not bad an amp.. hindi pa ba kaya ng drive channel niya ang mga classic rock at hard rock? tingin ko kasi kaya..

pero of the pedals you want and the sound you want to achieve, i'll pick none of them..

why would you need an OD kung hard/classic rock ang gusto mo?

high gain ang Dirty Bomb pero maganda ang response niya.. swak na swak yan for classic rock at hard rock, i know coz i've used one.. my brother owns one, too.. i'm apparently using it most of the time pag di niya ginagamit..

          Why don't you try using a modified Boss DS-1 and a Boss OD3 as a booster. I find these pedals good for classic rock. Both these pedals are still in my pedalboard.  Hope this helps.

Bili ka na lang ng OD tas iboost mo yung distortion ng amp mo.

For me, a modded SD-1 will do.

maganda drives/dirt channel ng bandit. Kung lagi mo naman madadala yang amp mo... yan na lang gamitin mo, then have a OD in front of the amp, and place your modulations churva sa FX loop ng amp.


If you want Pedals...
Try OCD or OCD clones like Cool Cat Drive and another OD in front (Cool cat TOD or TS clones).

hmmmm na-try ko na ang shredhead ko sa peavey bandit 112. hindi ako masyado expert sa mga tone and stuffs pero i can say na nagagawa na ng shredhead ang gusto kong tunog. we usually play urbandub, coheed and cambria, and deftones. ayos na ayos sya, nasa 12 oclock lang gain ng SH ko lagi. ung tone, presence, and volume nalang pinaglalaruan ko for different songs.. 

Did i make any sense? parang wala eh.. hehe
