The internet is a good place to start to learn about blues. Read about the history, the artists, the instruments, and then the specific songs.

Youtube.com is a surprisingly good resource too. (just search "blues" and everything will follow).

look for these guys when you do your research:

muddy waters, robert cray, john lee hooker, buddy guy, stevie ray vaughan, robben ford, etta james, allman brothers...just some of my favorites..

start downloading the following songs, any version will do: boom boom, hoochie coochie man, green onions...

that's correct-ek-ek!

if you really love the blues...it's the main thing of your musical diet.

listen to bb king, albert king, clapton,buddy guy...SRV, zz top,robeen ford...jonni lang is also good...also kenny wayne shepherd...joe bonamossa....

buy a guitar...learn the basic chords and some basic rythm...kahit d muna blues basta basic...position shifts in chords( meaning naglilipat ka lang ng ibat ibang chords )

then buy a blues beginner book kung meron...pede din ang internet,search ka lang" online blues for guitar"

listen, learn and play......

also watching a live blues band, you can learn 10x more from learning from a instructional video or something....

tama sila..kinig ka muna para ma familiarize ka..ok mag start kay klapton,yung time ng cream at derek and the dominoes okey yun at allman bros... gud luck na lang men!!!:D
