mozilla po gamit ko,then pag nag dodownload po ako ng files bigla pong finish kagad ung downloading tas ang lumalabas na size is kb lng then ung DnL ko is 1gb.. tas unknown ung files na nDL ko.. bkt ganon help naman po sa mga master. hindi ako makapag DOWNLOAD..

Try uninstalling then reinstall. Get the latest version if you do not have it yet.

Or try mo rin gumamit ng third-party download programs like Download Manager, baka gumana ehehe.
