Marzi!!!
Nice set. If this is a paid gig then you've got cajones man. I'm too scared to do stuff like this. Ano lens ginamit mo? I like the close up ones and the filled portraits. Not a fan of full body shots but I guess they like that. Would have loved to see some half body, rule of thirds landscape oriented shots.
Awesome work.
salamat repapips!
still working pro-bono. and i'm not scared if this paid din. this is the kind of photography that i would love to do. no rules applied din. well, maybe some. but i try not to. i feel like my work(creativity??) gets constrained by the rules. i stick to what i think is visually pleasing.
its my wifes office project. may santacruzan kuno daw sila and theyre competing according to presentation. theyve given me full freedom on the shoot so i directed and kept on shooting. may story line sana but we eventually steered away from it at nagpa lakad lakad na lang sa bgc.
what i missed doing was the way i chased up shadows and incorporated them in the photo. yung mga shots ko kay misis with the window grills blocking portions of her body. problema kasi eh midday sun ang time nyan shoot kaya wala ako directional light, puro pababa lang hehe.
and what i learned from this and the past shoots ive done: the first 30 minutes is the most uncomfortable dahil you and your subject are not in sync. your ideas are not syncing with them as well. what i do is i show them what weve got so far para may idea sila kung ano yung hinahanap ko and they will pick up easily on that.
this shot entirely with the 50mm 1.8 stm at apertures 2.0 pataas. i just found out that i cannot use the 1.8 aperture in environments na masyado maliwanag dahil grabe ang chromatic aberration at fringing and that would eat a good chunk of my editing time.
