The album where Monk shouts for Coltrane to come in is "Monk's Music" & the tune is "Well, You Needn't."
Another cool "mistake" is on the Miles Davis & the Modern Jazz Giants album on one of the takes of "The Man I Love." On Monk's solo, he plays very sparsely, to the point where he stops playing for what feels like forever. You can here Miles start to come in to take a solo off-mic, then Monk starts playing again.
Does anyone know of any other cool mistakes?
